KEY POINTSApple Car could be delayed to 2026 and the company might scale back its vision for the EV, Bloomberg recently reported.Apple could struggle to boost revenue with mid-sized markets-focused products and a car could help boost growth, said Gene Munster.The launch of the Apple Inc.’s self-driving car could be delayed yet again, according to a Bloomberg report on Tuesday.What Happened: Loup Funds’ co-founder Gene Munster offered his take on the report and the likelihood of Apple rolling out an electric vehicle off its stable.The odds of an Apple Car being on the market by 2026 is 50/50, Munster said. With Apple’s stock currently pricing in all of “Project Titan”-related expenses and a little revenue upside, terminating the project could lift earnings by about 2%, the analyst said. A release of the car, the analyst said, could be earnings accretive in the long run.As opposed to the iPad, iPhone and iPod, which took six years, three years and one-and-half years, respectively, for development, Apple Car has been in the works for nine years now, the analyst said. The mixed reality headset has been in development for about six years, Munster added.Although Apple Car has the longest investment period of any Cupertino product to date, it has consumed only 4% of the company’s total R&D spend in 2022, Munster noted. He added that the company could be working with the prudent strategy of spending just enough to move the project forward without impacting profit margins.Apple Car Makes Sense: An Apple Car, according to the analyst, makes sense for the company, as the concept of a car is fundamentally changing. The company can replicate the playbook of vertical integration it has written for its devices, the analyst said.Also, Apple Car will be able to single-handedly solve the company’s growth challenges, Munster said. The venture capitalist noted that the company will find it difficult to grow if it proceeds only with products geared toward mid-sized addressable markets.The auto market is massive enough to move up Apple’s growth, the analyst said. A combination of negative macro developments – a slowing global economy, the geopolitical ramifications following Russia’s invasion of Ukraine and - possibly most of all - the prospect of the Fed seriously tightening its monetary policy to combat inflation – have all been weighing heavily on investors’ minds.That doesn’t necessarily mean there aren’t good opportunities to take advantage of right now. The analysts at banking giant Goldman Sachs have pinpointed two names which have recently outperformed market expectations and which they believe are set to surge ahead even in the face of the unhospitable current environment – by the order of 40% or more.We ran both tickers through the TipRanks database to see what the rest of the Street has in mind for the pair. Let’s take a look at the findings.Pure Storage The first stock on Goldman Sachs' radar is Pure Storage, a provider of various data storage products. The company’s flash-based solutions come both in software and hardware form and are used in data centers. The company began by using third-party solid-state drives (SSDs) for its storage solutions. However, its own proprietary hardware soon replaced those SSDs and the company also brought into the market integrated deduplication, compression, and artificial intelligence software to help businesses conserve space and set up their devices properly.Pure Storage has formed a strong partnership with Meta, having assisted in the development of the initial version of its AI research infrastructure in 2017. Since then, the pair have continued working together and earlier this year the two began a collaboration on Meta's new AI Research SuperCluster (RSC), which Meta claims will be the fastest AI supercomputer in the world.Like most tech stocks, Pure has found 2022 hard going but that hasn’t stopped the company from delivering the goods in its latest quarterly report.In F1Q23, revenue rose by 50.3% year-over-year to reach $620.4 million, handily beating the $521.74 million Wall Street expected. Similarly, on the bottom-line, adj. EPS of $0.25 came in well above the $0.05 consensus estimate. The company delivered on the outlook too, expecting revenue of roughly $635 Million in FQ2 vs. consensus at $604.64 million. For the full year, sales are anticipated to reach $2.66 Billion. Analysts had that figure at $2.59 billion.Along with the company’s exemplary execution, it is the Meta collab which informs Goldman analyst Rod Hall’s bullish thesis.“We see this Meta opportunity as a strong revenue tailwind for Pure looking forward in FY’23. We also see ongoing strong results as an indication that Pure’s products are gaining an increasing following among enterprise and service provider customers,” the analyst opined. “At this point we see Pure’s supply management as superior to most other companies in our coverage in the IT hardware area.”The bullish comments underpin Hall’s Buy rating while his $50 price target makes room for one-year gains of 79%.Overall, PSTG has attracted a total of 10 analyst reviews recently, including 7 Buys and 3 Holds for a Moderate Buy consensus rating from the Street. PSTG shares are priced at $27.90 and have an average price target of $38, giving the stock a 36% upside on the one-year time frame.Lululemon Athletica From tech we will pivot over to an entirely different sector. Everyone knows Lululemon - the athleisure specialist. The company got its beginnings in 1998 as a yoga pants and other yoga clothing retailer, but has since evolved to include athletic wear, lifestyle clothes, personal care products and all manner of accessories. Lululemon now has over 570 stores spread across the globe while it has also built a strong online presence. In apparel, the company has been rated as the world's fourth most valuable brand.Lululemon was one of the Covid era stars as people stayed at home and slipped into more comfortable wear, while the company even managed to overcome the closure of physical stores by shifting sales online. While not immune to the market’s overall downturn, Lululemon appears to have managed well in the face of new challenges, namely the supply chain issues which have impacted so many in recent times. This was evident in the company’s latest earnings report - for F1Q22.Lululemon generated revenue of $1.6 billion, a 32% increase on the same period a year ago, while diluted EPS hit $1.48. Both were above the analysts’ forecast of $1.55 billion and $1.43, respectively. There was more good news for the outlook. For FQ2, Lululemon sees revenue coming in the range between $1.750 billion to $1.775 billion, above consensus of $1.73 billion. And the company also raised its revenue and EPS outlook for the full year.Surveying the print, Goldman Sachs analyst Brooke Roach is thoroughly impressed. She writes, “We come away from the quarter with increased conviction in LULU’s strong brand engine fueled by innovation. While industry cost pressures are weighing on margin flow-through (where airfreight pressures have lowered full year margin outlook modestly), we continue to see this idiosyncratic growth story as well-positioned to navigate a tough backdrop as the company has meaningful pricing power, strong consumer connection, and less exposure to inflating AUCs (average unit cost).”Accordingly, Roach rates the stock a Buy, backed by a $456 price target. Going by this target, shares are expected to climb 48% higher over the one-year timeframe.Looking at the consensus breakdown, the majority of analysts are bullish on LULU's prospects, too; 19 Buys and 7 Holds add up to a Moderate Buy consensus rating. The average price target of $409.69 suggests upside of ~34% in the year ahead.","news_type":1,"symbols_score_info":{"PSTG":0.6,"LULU":0.9}},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":3330,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":9059707058,"gmtCreate":1654423578374,"gmtModify":1676535445892,"author":{"id":"4097904547274900","authorId":"4097904547274900","name":"MyMelody","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/d6cd6a7b09f47978b230dcda643836b8","crmLevel":11,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"authorIdStr":"4097904547274900","idStr":"4097904547274900"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Like","listText":"Like","text":"Like","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":5,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/9059707058","repostId":"2240309347","repostType":4,"repost":{"id":"2240309347","kind":"highlight","pubTimestamp":1654400753,"share":"https://ttm.financial/m/news/2240309347?lang=&edition=fundamental","pubTime":"2022-06-05 11:45","market":"us","language":"en","title":"Is CrowdStrike Holdings Stock a Buy?","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=2240309347","media":"Motley Fool","summary":"The cloud-native cybersecurity leader is still growing like a weed.","content":"<div>\n<p>CrowdStrike Holdings posted its first-quarter report on Thursday, June 2. The cloud-native cybersecurity company's revenue rose 61% year over year to $487.8 million, beating analysts' estimates by $23.5 million.Its Q1 adjusted net income jumped 221% to $74.8 million, or $0.31 per share, which also cleared the consensus forecast by eight cents. On a generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) basis, it narrowed its net loss from $85 million to $31.5 million.Those growth rates were impressive, but can CrowdStrike stock regain its mojo after tumbling more than 40% from its all-time high last November? Let's see if this fallen growth stock is worth buying again.Image source: Getty Images.How fast is CrowdStrike growing?CrowdStrike's cloud-native Falcon platform eliminates the need for on-site security appliances -- which generally take up a lot of space, are expensive to maintain, and are difficult to scale as an organization expands. That disruptive approach attracted a lot of customers and turned CrowdStrike into one of the fastest-growing cybersecurity companies in the world.During the first quarter, CrowdStrike's total number of subscription customers rose 57% year over year to 17,945. Its annual recurring revenue (ARR) increased 61% to $1.92 billion. Those growth rates have remained remarkably robust over the past year.Growth (YOY)Q1 2022Q2 2022Q3 2022Q4 2022Q1 2023Subscription customers82%81%75%65%57%ARR74%70%67%65%61%Revenue70%70%63%63%61%Data source: CrowdStrike. YOY = Year over year.It's still landing and expandingCrowdStrike's Falcon platform hosts over 20 different cloud-based modules. It initially provides a trial version of four modules, which supports its \"land and expand\" strategy of selling more modules.The percentage of Falcon's customers that used four, five, and six or more modules has steadily increased over the past year. That expansion has enabled CrowdStrike to keep its dollar-based net retention rate above its \"benchmark\" level of 120% ever since its IPO in 2019.PeriodQ1 2022Q4 2022Q1 20234-plus modules64%69%71%5-plus modules50%57%59%6-plus modules27%34%35%Data source: CrowdStrike.In the first quarter, CrowdStrike also revealed that its percentage of customers that had deployed seven more modules had reached 19%.Stable gross margins and rising operating marginsThe increasing stickiness of CrowdStrike's subscription-based ecosystem gives it plenty of pricing power against its cybersecurity peers. As a result, its gross margins have consistently remained in the high 70s by both GAAP and non-GAAP measures over the past year.Subscription Gross MarginQ1 2022Q2 2022Q3 2022Q4 2022Q1 2023GAAP77%76%76%76%77%Non-GAAP79%78%79%79%79%Data source: CrowdStrike.CrowdStrike's operating margins also continued to improve by both GAAP and non-GAAP metrics as its scaled up its operations.Operating MarginQ1 2022Q2 2022Q3 2022Q4 2022Q1 2023GAAP(10%)(14%)(11%)(5%)(5%)Non-GAAP10%10%13%19%17%Data source: CrowdStrike.It expects its non-GAAP operating margins to eventually reach 20% to 22% over the \"long term.\" That ongoing expansion suggests that CrowdStrike can eventually turn profitable on a GAAP basis.A sunny outlook and a reasonable valuationCrowdStrike now expects its revenue to rise 52% to 53% year over year in the second quarter and 51% to 52% for the full year. That was significantly higher than its prior full-year guidance for 47% to 49% revenue growth.It expects its non-GAAP net income to grow 151% to 162% year over year in the second quarter, and to increase 76% to 83% for the full year. That was also higher than its prior full-year guidance for 56% to 70% net income growth.During the conference call, CFO Burt Podbere said CrowdStrike raised its full-year guidance because it remained \"optimistic about the demand for our offerings, record pipeline, and our ability to execute on the powerful secular trends fueling our markets.\"CrowdStrike's stock trades at about 18 times its new sales forecast for fiscal 2023. That price-to-sales ratio might seem high, but it's in line with other high-growth cybersecurity companies like Zscaler and SentinelOne. Zscaler, which expects to grow its revenue 60% this year, trades at 21 times that estimate. SentinelOne, which expects its revenue to nearly double this year, trades at 17 times that forecast -- but it still remains deeply unprofitable by non-GAAP measures.Is it time to buy CrowdStrike?CrowdStrike's stock might remain volatile this year as rising interest rates drive investors away from higher-growth stocks. However, I firmly believe it's a rock-solid investment on the secular expansion of the cybersecurity sector -- and it could still generate massive returns for patient investors.","news_type":1,"symbols_score_info":{"CRWD":0.9}},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":2884,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":9059149192,"gmtCreate":1654315644316,"gmtModify":1676535431136,"author":{"id":"4097904547274900","authorId":"4097904547274900","name":"MyMelody","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/d6cd6a7b09f47978b230dcda643836b8","crmLevel":11,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"authorIdStr":"4097904547274900","idStr":"4097904547274900"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Like","listText":"Like","text":"Like","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":2,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/9059149192","repostId":"2240220809","repostType":4,"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":3467,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":9050730407,"gmtCreate":1654237256309,"gmtModify":1676535418566,"author":{"id":"4097904547274900","authorId":"4097904547274900","name":"MyMelody","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/d6cd6a7b09f47978b230dcda643836b8","crmLevel":11,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"authorIdStr":"4097904547274900","idStr":"4097904547274900"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Like","listText":"Like","text":"Like","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":3,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/9050730407","repostId":"2240235700","repostType":4,"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":2438,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":9050133378,"gmtCreate":1654142398594,"gmtModify":1676535402352,"author":{"id":"4097904547274900","authorId":"4097904547274900","name":"MyMelody","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/d6cd6a7b09f47978b230dcda643836b8","crmLevel":11,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"authorIdStr":"4097904547274900","idStr":"4097904547274900"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Like","listText":"Like","text":"Like","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":3,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/9050133378","repostId":"2240467746","repostType":4,"repost":{"id":"2240467746","kind":"highlight","pubTimestamp":1654141667,"share":"https://ttm.financial/m/news/2240467746?lang=&edition=fundamental","pubTime":"2022-06-02 11:47","market":"us","language":"en","title":"3 Warren Buffett Stocks to Buy Hand Over Fist in June","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=2240467746","media":"Motley Fool","summary":"Riding the Oracle of Omaha's coattails has been making investors richer for decades.","content":"<div>\n<p>Although there are a lot of successful strategies to make money on Wall Street, riding Warren Buffett's coattails has, arguably, been one of the most profitable for the past 57 years.Since the Oracle ...</p>\n\n<a href=\"https://www.fool.com/investing/2022/06/01/3-warren-buffett-stocks-buy-hand-over-fist-in-june/\">Web Link</a>\n\n</div>\n","source":"fool_stock","collect":0,"html":"<!DOCTYPE html>\n<html>\n<head>\n<meta http-equiv=\"Content-Type\" content=\"text/html; Over 57 years, an annualized return of 20.1% equates to a total return of more than 3,600,000%!In other words, when Warren Buffett buys shares of a publicly traded company, Wall Street and investors rightly take notice.With all three of the major U.S. indexes undergoing their steepest pullbacks in two years, a number of stocks in Berkshire Hathaway's investment portfolio are ripe for the picking. What follows are three Warren Buffett stocks investors can confidently buy hand over fist as we steam ahead into June.Johnson & JohnsonThough it's one of Berkshire Hathaway's smallest positions, healthcare giant Johnson & Johnson looks like one of the smartest buys investors can make in a volatile and uncertain investing environment.One of the best aspects of healthcare stocks is that they're highly defensive. No matter how well or poorly the U.S. economy and stock market perform, people will always get sick and require prescription drugs, medical devices, and healthcare services. This creates a minimum level of demand for J&J's products in any environment.What's more, Johnson & Johnson is one of only two publicly traded companies that's been given the highly coveted AAA credit rating from Standard & Poor's (S&P). Bestowing J&J with its highest credit rating -- one notch higher than the AA credit rating given to the U.S. federal government -- implies that S&P has the utmost confidence the company can service and repay its outstanding debt. This means even less chance that Johnson & Johnson's share price will swing wildly if a recession materializes and/or if interest rates soar.Johnson & Johnson's operating segments provide another reason to be quite optimistic about its future. For instance, pharmaceuticals provide the bulk of J&J's growth potential and operating margins. However, brand-name drugs have a finite span of sales exclusivity. To counter this, J&J can lean on its medical-device segment, which is perfectly positioned to benefit from an aging boomer population domestically, and improving access to medical care and insurance in overseas markets. Even the company's soon-to-be spun-off consumer health segment has played a key role. Despite growing slowly, consumer health products offer strong pricing power and highly predictable cash flow.If you need one more reason to trust J&J, consider this: The company increased its base annual dividend for a 60th consecutive year in April 2022. And if not for the COVID-19 pandemic, J&J's streak of increasing its annual adjusted operating earnings would likely have been nearing 40 years. It's as rock-solid as they come among healthcare stocks.Bank of AmericaA second Warren Buffett stock that's begging to be bought by opportunistic investors in June is money-center behemoth Bank of America.The prevailing concern for bank stocks is the growing likelihood that the U.S. will dip into recession. After all, gross domestic product surprisingly retraced in the first quarter. When recessions strike, it's not uncommon for banks to see their loan delinquency rates and charge-offs rise, which results in more money being set aside to cover losses. The end result being that earnings per share declines.However, there are two sides to economic cycles. Even though recessions are inevitable, they often last just a couple of months to a few quarters. By comparison, economic expansions are measured in years, and have even gone on for more than a decade. While recessions can be challenging, BofA spends a disproportionately longer amount of time benefiting from loan and deposit growth in an expanding U.S. and global economy. In other words, patience tends to pay off handsomely with big-bank stocks.What makes Bank of America a particularly intriguing buy right now is the company's interest rate sensitivity. With the Federal Reserve altering its stance on monetary policy and aiming to rapidly increase interest rates to tame inflation, no large bank is set to benefit more than BofA. According to a recent company presentation, a 100-basis-point parallel shift in the interest rate yield curve is expected to translate into an estimated $5.4 billion in added net interest income over 12 months. Bank of America doesn't have to do any extra work to make more money on its variable-rate outstanding loans.The company's digitization initiatives are paying dividends as well. An additional 5 million BofA customers (42 million in total) are actively banking online or via mobile app than were doing so three years ago. Further, 53% of total sales were completed digitally in the first quarter of 2022, which was up 23 percentage points from the comparable quarter in 2019 (i.e., prior to the pandemic). Shifting transactions online or to mobile is allowing BofA to recognize cost-savings by consolidating some of its physical branches.Taking into account CEO Brian Moynihan's penchant for returning a lot of capital to his shareholders via buybacks and dividends, and the company's positioning as interest rates rise, Bank of America's sub-10 forward-year price-to-earnings ratio makes it a steal at its current price.AmazonThe third and final Warren Buffett stock to buy hand over fist in June is none other than e-commerce kingpin Amazon.The echo the concerns stated earlier, Amazon's shares have endured their steepest sell-off in more than a decade on the expectation that the U.S. will enter a recession. Historically high inflation tends to hit lower-income individuals and households the hardest, which will almost certainly impact Amazon's value-based retail model. To boot, inflation is hitting most aspects of Amazon's supply chain and increasing its labor costs. Yet in spite of these headwinds, there are multiple reasons for long-term investors to be excited about scooping up shares of Amazon at a big discount.As most folks are probably aware, Amazon is the undisputed leader in online retail sales in the United States. In March, eMarketer estimated that Amazon will control just shy of 40% of all U.S. e-commerce sales in 2022. That's more than eight percentage points higher than competitors No. 2 through 15, combined!However, retail sales are only one part of the Amazon story -- and frankly not even the most-important part anymore. What's far more exciting is the growth from cloud infrastructure service segment, Amazon Web Services (AWS). AWS controls close to a third of all global cloud infrastructure spending, with year over year sales growth coming in at 37% in the first quarter. Cloud infrastructure spending is still, arguably, in its early innings, and the operating margins associated with AWS can run circles around the smaller margins derived from online retail revenue.To add to this point, all of Amazon's higher-margin segments -- cloud infrastructure, advertising, and subscription services -- have continued to grow at a double-digit pace, even as retail sales have declined. This is a recipe for Amazon's operating cash flow to keep growing, even if online retail sales shrink noticeably in the coming quarters.Last decade, Wall Street regularly supported a valuation multiple of 23 to 37 times Amazon's year-end operating cash flow. Based on Wall Street's forecast of $232 in cash flow per share for 2024, Amazon is valued at a historically inexpensive multiple (below 10) to its future cash flow. That makes it a screaming bargain.","news_type":1,"symbols_score_info":{"AMZN":0.9,"BAC":0.9,"JNJ":0.9}},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":3678,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0}],"defaultTab":"posts","isTTM":true}
