Under Hong Kong rules, a secondary listing requires at least two financial years of good regulatory compliance on another qualifying exchange.\nThe dual primary listing allows qualified Chinese investors to take part through the Stock Connect regime linking mainland Chinese and Hong Kong markets, according to the exchange's rules.\nAfter the rally in 2020, electric car-makers have seen their shares decline this year amid increasing competition from legacy automakers, the global semiconductor shortage and general wariness among investors about holding ontoriskier assets.\nThe Hong Kong share sale will add to Xpeng’s war chest as it competes with an array of upstarts in China, the world’s largest market for electric vehicles. It has already raised billions of dollars through its share sales as well asbank loans.\nXpeng has yet to turn a profit, pledgingto break even by late 2023 or early 2024. Revenue has been increasing, however, reaching 2.95 billion yuan ($456 million) in the first quarter, withdeliveriesin May growing 483% compared to the same month a year earlier.\nWith the proceeds from the Hong Kong offering, the company aims to expand its product portfolio and develop more advanced technology, develop new models and improve hardware technology, among other targets. The firm is also planning to expand its presence in international markets starting with some European ones.\nJPMorgan Chase & Co. and Bank of America Corp. are joint sponsors for the Hong Kong offering.","news_type":1,"symbols_score_info":{"09868":0.9,"NWY":0.9,"NYRT":0.9,"XPEV":0.9}},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":1709,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":157198112,"gmtCreate":1625570519536,"gmtModify":1703743961185,"author":{"id":"3585703494050257","authorId":"3585703494050257","name":"xprobe","avatar":"https://community-static.tradeup.com/news/2b57cea50336d521c336244f9582f020","crmLevel":11,"crmLevelSwitch":1,"followedFlag":false,"authorIdStr":"3585703494050257","idStr":"3585703494050257"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Is TIGR SAFE?","listText":"Is TIGR SAFE?","text":"Is TIGR SAFE?","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":7,"commentSize":2,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/157198112","repostId":"2149573933","repostType":4,"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":2280,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":157917968,"gmtCreate":1625559627154,"gmtModify":1703743713796,"author":{"id":"3585703494050257","authorId":"3585703494050257","name":"xprobe","avatar":"https://community-static.tradeup.com/news/2b57cea50336d521c336244f9582f020","crmLevel":11,"crmLevelSwitch":1,"followedFlag":false,"authorIdStr":"3585703494050257","idStr":"3585703494050257"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Nice","listText":"Nice","text":"Nice","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":3,"commentSize":1,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/157917968","repostId":"2149033827","repostType":4,"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":2379,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":154210466,"gmtCreate":1625529313155,"gmtModify":1703742992606,"author":{"id":"3585703494050257","authorId":"3585703494050257","name":"xprobe","avatar":"https://community-static.tradeup.com/news/2b57cea50336d521c336244f9582f020","crmLevel":11,"crmLevelSwitch":1,"followedFlag":false,"authorIdStr":"3585703494050257","idStr":"3585703494050257"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Nice","listText":"Nice","text":"Nice","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":5,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/154210466","repostId":"1166963826","repostType":4,"repost":{"id":"1166963826","kind":"news","pubTimestamp":1625486061,"share":"https://ttm.financial/m/news/1166963826?lang=&edition=fundamental","pubTime":"2021-07-05 19:54","market":"us","language":"en","title":"US IPO This Week: Just 2 IPOs scheduled for the shortened holiday week","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=1166963826","media":"renaissancecap...","summary":"Following its busiest week in over a decade, the US IPO market is taking a breather after the holida","content":"
Following its busiest week in over a decade, the US IPO market is taking a breather after the holiday with just two IPOs scheduled for the shortened week ahead.
\n
While the calendar is quiet at the moment, several companies are primed to launch, including luxury social club Membership Collective Group(MCG), Wahlberg-backed fitness franchise F45 Training(FXLV), database provider Couchbase(BASE), and consumer banking platformBlendLabs(BLND).
\n
Chinese healthcare data company LinkDoc Technology(LDOC) plans to raise $200 million at a $1.5 billion market cap.
