At least for the next 3 years you will probably have a steady income and returns on REITs that manage DCs. Electricity, water & fiber optic are the other business that will gain from this growth. To reducd ratio they will sell. But if the value drops they won't be getting the premium the property was originally acquired. To dump and wait for bottom or wait out?
