$Haw Par(H02.SI)$ I still believe in this. I know that they have a huge amount of cash buffer. 

$Haw Par(H02.SI)$ still an good investment with the p/b <1. 

$Haw Par(H02.SI)$ i believe this is still an undervalued based on P/B value. The dividends dervied from their investments in UOB and UOL is almost the same as their revenue from their tiger balm business. 

$Haw Par(H02.SI)$ finally 

$UnitedHealth(UNH)$ has been a strong grower of both revenue and dividends regardless of the economic environment because of its strong lobbying presence and its deep integration in the American's healthcare system. There are no alternative companies and hence, I believe this is a great opportunity to load up on this great business.

I don't believe that Lady Gaga would bring the same effect as Taylor Swift due to the shortened duration. Lady Gaga would only be here for four nights while Taylor Swift was around for six nights.
