If and when this company is cleared of any wrongdoing, I reckon there will be an immediate 20 to 30 percent rise, just as there was a 20 percent drop. I don’t think they will punish all the workers and families who had nothing to do with these three individuals. They will receive jail time and substantial fines. The CEO would be wise to do everything to assist the prosecutors.

The government won't do anything to SMCI. They're part of the whole AI data centre stack! This isn't a sneaker company. If $NVIDIA(NVDA)$  was a bullet, $SUPER MICRO COMPUTER INC(SMCI)$  is the barrel!

It is quite distasteful to see lawmakers blaming $NVIDIA(NVDA)$  for smuggled AI chips, especially when the restriction itself is proven ineffective.

$NVIDIA(NVDA)$  will cut off $SUPER MICRO COMPUTER INC(SMCI)$  from buying its chips. Otherwise, it could be accused of aiding the diversion.
