$Broadcom(AVGO)$ For those new to this, Hock is staying until 2030 so he can collect a large stock-based bonus if certain targets are met. Expect him to push hard on performance. He will walk away with his bonus, and shareholders should benefit as well.
$Apple(AAPL)$ For anyone saying Apple hasn't had a "Steve Jobs" level innovation, there isn't an official count, but between heart rate alerts, fall detection and Emergency SOS, Apple Watch has saved countless lives. Worth thinking about.
$Broadcom(AVGO)$ Nice channel breakout on the daily. Decent call flow coming in, with calls hitting 300% plus. There's a gap to fill from $385 to $390. Watching closely for more upside above $380.
$Broadcom(AVGO)$ Ripping higher. Up 7% over the past five days, with nearly 4% of that coming today. Call buying has been aggressive, around $8M in call premium and zero puts. The action is concentrated in the $370 to $380 strikes, expiring within the next 1 to 3 weeks. The Anthropic chip deal and Morgan Stanley's positive note on data centers seem to be driving the move. Everything is pointing up right now.
$Broadcom(AVGO)$ Bears are going to take this higher. Some bear was on this board ranting about Anthropic's 60 billion as if it were coming out of his own account.
$Broadcom(AVGO)$ It's time to shine. The setup ahead of the Anthropic IPO looks interesting. Hock Tan will find a way to work through the supply constraints and meet demand. He always does, and his track record speaks for itself. He's also one of the most direct executives on earnings calls and doesn't waste time on empty talk.
$Broadcom(AVGO)$ Trading under 19x next year's earnings. If you give it "only" a 25x multiple on next year's earnings, you're at $485. I think the handwringers are going to be sorry if they sell. Once it starts moving, this board will be filled with comments like "I should have..." and "If it drops back down to (X) I'm backing up the truck".
$Amazon.com(AMZN)$ Trading at its lowest valuation as a public company. The manipulation here is hard to ignore. It faded into the close even though the order flow was leaning up all day. With an average of 120, I'm not complaining. Still, it feels like the market would rather chase a meme name than reward one that keeps beating quarter after quarter.
$Broadcom(AVGO)$ NVDA, AMD, TSM — every trillion-dollar semiconductor name is making new all-time highs now, while we still need to climb 37% to catch up. We're further from our ATH than even those 100+ PE semis that have weaker gross margins and slower revenue growth than us.
$Broadcom(AVGO)$ Most buy-rated analysts have targets in the $460–$600 range, which is well above the current level near $361. Even the lowest buy target at $460 from Piper Sandler works out to more than 27% upside from here under the bull case.
$Broadcom(AVGO)$ Looking at the recent action, that Thursday move looks like a false breakdown. These setups can lead to strong reactions, though the timing also mattered since it was the first of the month. That gap above feels like an immediate fill target to me.
$Broadcom(AVGO)$ AVGO has a history of punishing bears. Most of them never come back. There's a time to buy puts and a time to exit. It isn't a free money printer for shorts, and at some point you'll get caught.
Going to put my neck out and say $Broadcom(AVGO)$ breaks out of this channel. I would like to see the break and hold over $361.86, then break of $372.70. Weekly.
$Broadcom(AVGO)$ Some things aren't rocket science. The company says its AI-related TPU/XPU business is going to quadruple over the next two years. No need to overthink it.
$Broadcom(AVGO)$ I said it was going up. This is just the start of the uptrend. It should keep rising as we get closer to the Anthropic IPO. Call volume still looks strong. 380 calls for November.
