$CoreWeave, Inc.(CRWV)$ Regulation remains relatively permissive and agentic AI adoption continues accelerating. Vera Rubin could strengthen CoreWeave's competitive position because it gives customers access to leading-edge infrastructure earlier than many alternatives.

Before selling any stock, ask yourself why you bought it in the first place. You did your due diligence, so have confidence. $APPLIED DIGITAL CORP(APLD)$  $SpaceX(SPCX)$  $Firefly Aerospace Inc.(FLY)$  $CoreWeave, Inc.(CRWV)$
$CoreWeave, Inc.(CRWV)$ Inching closer to the $90 ceiling. Once it breaks, it could really take off.
$CoreWeave, Inc.(CRWV)$ Could be shorts or market makers selling fake shares, hard to say. But they hit that spike hard. All FTDs still have to be delivered, and the shorts will get squeezed.
$CoreWeave, Inc.(CRWV)$ Interesting stat: CoreWeave has about the same compute capacity as SpaceX right now, around 2 GWs. Musk is touting up to 50 million per MW, which works out to about 100 billion in revenue for 2 gigs. CoreWeave has about 130 billion in LT contracts, and even if 10% of the smaller renewals get bumped to the 40-50 range, the results are staggering. Musk is touting 300-500 billion in revenue from 10 GWs. CoreWeave will have 8 in a couple of years.
$CoreWeave, Inc.(CRWV)$ A solid multi-year collaboration with Amazon, Google, or Meta would be nice to see. That kind of announcement could drive a 25% jump in a single day.
$CoreWeave, Inc.(CRWV)$  The algos have been pretty brutal against tech today. Makes no sense, but that's how big money takes from retail. Could just as easily be up big tomorrow for no good reason.
$CoreWeave, Inc.(CRWV)$ Macro noise is letting funds keep it pinned down here while they load up or cover. This time it's not going to stop at 120.
$CoreWeave, Inc.(CRWV)$ Looks like another stop loss hunting day. Volume is very low because nobody is really selling. All algo-driven theft, and no good reason for a second big drop day. There was more reason to be green heading into the end of the week, but things got pushed down instead. Just feels like a rigged setup. Seems like they want to run through the $85 stop losses.
$CoreWeave, Inc.(CRWV)$ Big drop on very low volume. Market makers and hedge funds are doing their usual thing. Volume is really low because nobody is actually selling. The buy orders will have to be processed by market makers at some point.
$CoreWeave, Inc.(CRWV)$ JPMorgan upgraded CoreWeave to Overweight from Neutral, with a price target of $125, up from $120. Analyst Samik Chatterjee pointed to the favorable pricing backdrop for compute as the main driver. CoreWeave is seeing strong demand and is leaning into short-term contracts at premium pricing. JPMorgan also raised its revenue and margin forecasts, which Chatterjee noted stands in contrast to a lackluster share price performance driven by investor concerns around capital intensity.
At this price, $CoreWeave, Inc.(CRWV)$  either gets bought out by META or MSFT, or they keep gobbling up compute contracts. Things are starting to heat up.
$CoreWeave, Inc.(CRWV)$  This stock should be at least $110.00. Still a great buy in my view. Cathy Wood picked up tens of thousands of shares at prices well above this level.
$CoreWeave, Inc.(CRWV)$  Smart hedge fund types seem to think CRWV is going to get bought by a big data center player, with Anthropic at the top of the list. They may wait until after the IPO to avoid slowing things down, but it looks like a no-brainer. Buy and build data centers with overvalued stock instead of dealing with the cash burn they signed up for. The heavy volume looks like smart hedge funds positioning for that outcome. $120 trade.
$CoreWeave, Inc.(CRWV)$ Morgan Stanley downgraded Dell four times, pointing to tariffs and the memory super cycle forcing them to spend more. Dell ended up rising 6-7x above their rating. I emailed their analyst about how wrong that call was and how it hurt their credibility, and the reply was basically one line admitting they were wrong, followed by several paragraphs defending his track record with a few examples. Zero accountability, and anyone who sold early on that call lost.
$CoreWeave, Inc.(CRWV)$  There's a large descending wedge visible on the all-time chart. A breakout toward all-time highs could be close.
The $3.7B is to convert senior notes and set up an ATM program that allows up to 35M new shares. The goal is to fund AI infrastructure expansion, capital expenditures, debt repayment to maneuver around rate hikes, operations, and potential acquisitions. It is not simply to cash out shareholders. The other focus is turning capital into more AI capacity and revenue. The convertible notes carry a low 2.875% interest rate, while the initial conversion price of $97.85 is well above the stock price when it was announced. $CoreWeave, Inc.(CRWV)$  also purchased capped calls to reduce potential dilution from the convertible notes, which looks like a safer approach for investor stock prices. In the end, if AI demand and GPU utilization stay strong, th
$CoreWeave, Inc.(CRWV)$ These should keep performing well through the rest of the year. Data center and neocloud FOMO could come back soon. NBIS, IREN, APLD, CIPHR are all solid names in that space.
$CoreWeave, Inc.(CRWV)$ No matter what anyone says, Coreweave will rebound. There's still money to be made here. Sure, it can go lower, but the risk/reward is better here than when it's above $100. So buy and hold, or don't. Simple.
$CoreWeave, Inc.(CRWV)$ To me the best strategy is to lock in compute, leases, and power now while Trump is keeping the feds out of the industry's way, which is really a policy window gift. Get as much infrastructure built as possible before a future Democrat admin can change the rules. Better to build on high rates than wait and find out you can't build at all.
