Tan Su Shan has over 35 years of experience in consumer banking, wealth management and institutional baking. She is also a wife and mother of 2 kids.  She somehow manages to juggle her role as a CEO and mother while she rose through the ranks at DBS. DBS has just announced its Q1 26 earnings and it is Tan Su Shan's first quarterly performance as CEO.  DBS shares surged over 3.7% hitting a high of SGD 59 following an excellent quarterly report.
