$Meta Platforms, Inc.(FB)$I consider Meta platforms a turnaround play. It has been hit by short term challenges in its Metaverse project. Plenty of speculators/investors are not convinced by FB story in the Metaverse. Moreover, total number of active users have been stagnated in recent quarters which caused investors to lose faith in the business trying to grow its revenue. I see this as a short term issue and believe that FB management team will turn this around. #faith

$Invesco QQQ Trust(QQQ)$Huge day in themarket especially for QQQ. Technology stocks are bouncing off a significant resistance and Fibonacci support level. Stocks are expected to rally but we havnt seen technical of a new uptrend forming yet . Short term we should be heading upwards

$Salesforce.com(CRM)$Just closed my bullput spread on salesforce after it rallies a little since market opened. I believe that the stock market could face a little bit of turbulence and I am uncertain it will move towards the upside or the downside. I am afraid of the latter which could potentially let my trade turn south. I am pocketing a 30% profit which I am happy enough. Will carefully look into market movement today to see if there are other entry opportunities.

$X-trackers Harvest CSI 300 China A-Shares Fund(ASHR)$Looking at the chart, China broad market index looks like it has hit a bottom and starting an uptrend. Won't be surprise if Chinese stock market outperforms STI and US stock market this year as lockdown situation eases and government on monetary easing. Time to hold and be patient. 

$Adobe(ADBE)$patience will win the game. Happy to be investing my first position in Adobe after it has fell into my valuation range [Smile] 

$Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing(TSM)$Is expected to start 2nm chip production by 2025, according to Nikkei Asia. Every semiconductor company knows how hard is it to lower the size of a chip and the ability forTSM to do that has never been doubted. to give a comparison big players like Intel are still struggling to make a 5nm chip. TSM is one of the strongest semiconductor foundry producers and the dominates majority of the market share making them ranked first in the world. Being able to stay competitive until 2025 Will give the company a huge advantage against a Highly competitive industry. 

$Alphabet(GOOG)$Price movementhas been weak for Google lately as investors are predicting a hit in advertising revenue due to reduction in advertisement  budget from corporate during a potential global recession. However,  I remain bullish on this stock long term , 3-5 years and I believe the company willget through short term headwinds Reason behind is because I believe the companies moat in search engine and video streaming services are impenetrable . I can't imagine using other platforms to search or watch video . Also corporates can't run away from advertising , they need it to grow their business

$MAPLETREE INDUSTRIAL TRUST(ME8U.SI)$from the chart, looks like it has retraced a lot close to its moving average support. It is a pretty good value Reit with great track record, in fact beating the SPY ETF in terms of capital gains and distribution (dividend) since IPO. It also have a diversified portfolio of tenants with high occupancy rate. Personally, I am planning to add more position into this reit amidst current economic environment of rising interest rates and material cost. In my opinion, this is the best among all Singapore industrial Reit. 

$SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust(SPY)$Looks likea Green Day Today. And it looks like someone is avoiding the SPX500 to enter a bear market. I have huge conviction that the SPX500 won't close 20% from its high. And I also see people too fearful to buy predicting a recession coming. It is advisable to invest within your means and not to go on margin or leverage which your cash position cannot cover.
