$Visa(V)$Yesterday most of solid stocks drops, Visa as well. But overall still profit because Of the enteriing point. Some people saidthe entering point doesn't matter as long as long time. It is absolutely true. But I still prefer to choose appropriate entering point so will not lose too much and win more. Wish everyone win in your own way! Happy Saturday morning!

$S&P 500(.SPX)$To all investors, especiall new investors including myself. Let's turn back the time 3 years. If you are a new investor in 2020- if you bought before the market went to bearish, youproperly went through Big loss, but later you get profit. If you are a new investor in 2021, it is basically one of the most happy year. bullish bullish If you are a new investor like me in 2022, we properly went through through the most. War, Inflation, interest increase etc and fast all tech, great companies fall. Take SPX as an example, firstly close to 15% loss compared to peak, then rally back, then down to bearish territory (20%), then up again, now dropto close bearish again. It is a 'torture'😂But Ifeel we will benefit m

$OVERSEA-CHINESE BANKING CORP(O39.SI)$Which SG Bank do you own? Today let's take a look at them from technical point ofview. If we put all 3 banks together in 5 years chart, DBS is clearly winner with 49%, followed by UOB at 17%, last is OCBC 8%. They all have similar up/down performance. But for SG banks, no need to waste too much time on capital gain because most of US growth stocks will beat them easily. The focus is dividend!!! All three banks have good dividend yield! 😁Which bank is at the good entry point? Frankly speaking - all! All the banks wave down and PB ratio is below 5 years average. I attached OCBC as a reference. But you know SG banks are very expensive. I still want to get good bargin. 🤣. I am looking at $11.08 and not

$Visa(V)$If you are bullish on Visa and wantto hold for long time, focus on the support level in one year trend, it has been tested 4 times. Looking at 5 years trend, it is at also MA200 support, which never hit in past years( 2022 special 🙃). But there is no 100% foe stock, it may break support and goes lower. If you are short term trader, play within the support and resistance range, but noticed lower high is made so based on trend, earn quickly and go.... wish 🍀

$MAPLETREE LOGISTICS TRUST(M44U.SI)$Finally I averaged down a bit the price from avg $1.77 to $1.71. Although it is still red, I remember the good dividend I received, so it is fine. Just some reflection on this stock. The first purchase was a mistake. It is at about $1.8, which is neither strong support level nor the upper trend. As a result, it keeps on dropping.  In summary, no Rush! 😅😅

$MAPLETREE COMMERCIAL TRUST(N2IU.SI)$The love to Mapletree is real. I already have mapletree logistic and industry, now my nyt target is N2IU. I don't want to mention how good the stock is since many articles talk about this. Curently the PB ratio is attractiv, below 5 years average. What I target price is$1.71. Properly it is too low, so I can not enter the market😅. How about you? Do you already have? If not, what is your target price? 😁

$LION-PHILLIP S-REIT(CLR.SI)$For Singapore stock, my focus is dividend. SG Reit has attractive dividends. So long we buy at fair value and average the price at appropriate level, we will be... my plan is to hold forever if there is no fundamental change or I don't need the cash urgently.🤣😎 💪

$Health Care Select Sector SPDR Fund(XLV)$what a crazy night again!( as expected from last Friday) Stocks fall sharply and another gap down. Looking at my watchlist and there are only two stocks green among all red-McDonald's and Domino's Pizza. Coca-Cola is also not bad even if it is red. Seems people still need to eat and drink favorite food regardless of anything.🤣🤣🤣. It reminds me again our investment portfoliomust be diversify, never ever put all eggs in one basket. Looking at fear and greedy index and VIX(market volatility index), people are in extrem fear. I hope you are not one of them. if you buy good company, if you don't need cash urgently, if you never leverage for investment, you have nothing to worry. Just hang on

US vs. SG Stock — which one will you choose?

My answer — both. Reason 1- US stock is for capital growth and SG stock is for dividend. Let‘s compare S&P500 ETF SPY and SG REITS ETF CLR. If taking look at Past 5 years performance of both, SPY -50% capital increase (10% p.a.) vs. CLR -less than 1%. But SPY dividend is less than 2% plus 30% Tax vs. CLR (4% without tax) Reason 2 - US stock has higher pullback than SG REITS during downtrend. Taking look at the 1 year trend comparison between SPY and CLR. From peak to bottom so far, the drawdown is about 25% for SPY and ~14% for CLR. The difference is about 10%. Reason 3 - never ever put all eggs into one basket. 😆What are your opinions? Do share with me. Wish all 🍀

SPY vs. QQQ- will you invest SPY or QQQ or both or none?  Looking at past 5 years trend, you know it will never be wrong option to choose either. For ETFs, we don't need to consider fair value, no need to focus on individual company and not scared of any singlecompany fundamental change. But generallythe profit will be less than single great company Like Amazon, Microsoft etc. But it is easy way to win compared to put all the money inside bank. Compared to SPY and QQQ, you know who is winner. But remember - winmore, also pull back more. for this year QQQ( -30%) vs SPY (-20%). Let's all invest safe!
