If the board rejects the offer, Twitter will only continue to suffer because Elon has the resources to build his dream version of Twitter, over shadowing it. that being the case, Elon has declared that it is possible he will withdraw as the shareholder with some handsome profits.If the board accepts, which the offer is so tempting, and it meant that money wins the day allowing Elon to transform the company (privatizing it) but theboard dissolves with huge pockets of payout.Either way, Elon wins, and if it's a choice between 2 evils, then anyone should have chosen the lesser evil - accept the offer and walk away with money.To us, we are just watching a movie which can have a different ending we expect, but no impact to our investment strategy. 

IMHO, For Tesla earnings, I am concerned:1. If it can keep up to meeting the market demand Because of the unexpected pause in production of about 5k cars in its Shanghai plant.2. If it can be as positive in its outlook for the coming months ahead Despite potential impact to the earnings and deliveries since the Shanghai lockdown.3. And that means the revenue falls back on the rest of the world to at least keep up or go into overdrive to make up for the loss in China.4. Supply chain issues plus technology issues that may border on safety issues are continuing to threaten Tesla's earning power.Regardless, I am still very upbeat about Tesla future.
