Shifting allocation from heavy in T-bills to Reits, probably options to have more or less same income with rate cut situations. REITs funding would have high portion on loan, theoretically with interest rate cut would impact on lower interest as finance cost of REITs so I think considering REITs after interest cut are justifiable ๐ #ratecut #REITs #S-REITs.
