I think everyone is getting the definition of meme stock wrong. A true meme stock must be 1) a stock hedge funds want to short aggressively, and 2) regularly people have an emotional attachment to the company. Anything else is just a pump and dump distraction.
Buffet has insights into the company regularpeople have no access to - especially how good the management team is. I won’t bet onKroger on my own, but I will bet on Buffet.
