Firstly for the deposit sequence or service.. i suggest if Tiger able to provide value added service to traders as below : 1)Traders able to download steps by steps guide for reference in terms of pictures file or PDF format..  2)Have a demonstration video or demo account for traders to try depositing.. As it will catalyst for more consumers to explore further and have a ease of mind by expanding their experience into depositing .  3)The customers service & supports must be constantly improving & implemented in tip top priority for traders, be it a chatbot or even hotline will be better of having personal touch.
