$NIO Inc.(NIO)$  been keeping this stock also for the longest time ever when it was at 20+. Like another stock of mine, this stock is upsettingly destroying my total returns. Second worst investment, just waiting for a recovery from this stock since EV is now everywhere.

Im still holding firm to this firm due to the following estimates of relatively high dividend yield of ~6%, lower price-to-book (P/B) Ratio: 0.81x, which is lower than the sector average of 1x and price-to-earnings (P/E) Ratio of ~16x, compared to the peer average of 25x Coupled along with relatively high occupancy rates, portfolio shift and low and healthy gearing ratio. With some risks to consider the slower growth due to the aftermath of the US-Iran war, i.e. rapid rising of the oil prices.. Do your own research (DYOR), pls..

yes the world is affected. I didnt keep enough reserves to buy the downs. but I do am have paper bleeding. no intents of selling. Just gonna wait out.. scrimp meanwhile and see what I can squeeze to dca and average down.. my losses.... [Facepalm]

I use my srs to invest in $SPDR S&P500 US$(S27.SI)$ cause it covers most of the stocks and it is easy to track and dca all the way. ~~ SRS is also a way for me to lower my taxes and increases my savings for my future. so it's a double win for me and my retirement days.
