$FRASERS CENTREPOINT TRUST(J69U.SI)$Frasers Centrepoint Trust invests mainly in Retail malls in Singapore and currently owns 10 properties in Singapore.This is one of my favourite reits listed here in Singapore. With a dividend yield of close to 5%, this is attractive enough for me to include this in my retirement portfolio. Lately price is moving up gradually. I believe its not difficult to notice the shopping mall traffic is almost back to normal. In fact the heartland mall were packed during the December month. Finally, we are very close to living with Covid.
