This will increase their earnings and the market share will increase. The VIP subscription can be price at $2-$5 per month and the VIP service include, vehicle will reach within 10mins upon booking; food will be delivered 10 mins witching the collection and incentives will be given to the driver/delivery if they can be able to completethe job. This will increase the efficiency of the delivery/drivers and also will make the VIP customers happy for their subscription. I can bet if Grab can successfully implement this, their earnings willbe 10-100x.
