$MIXUE GROUP(02097)$ Honestly, $Chagee Holdings Limited(CHA)$ just can’t compete with MIXUE, especially when it comes to supply chain. In the tea industry, once it scales up, it’s not just about the taste, but the supply chain. For chain businesses, competitors can easily copy and catch up. I’ve seen a lot of jasmine milk tea shops in Shanghai lately, and they’re just as good as Bawang Tea, but at a cheaper price. However, I’ve never seen anyone do low-cost fresh fruit tea and milk tea as well as Mixue Ice City. With its low-cost advantage, successful overseas expansion, and strong supply chain, Mixue Ice City still reigns as the most competitive player in the industry.

For a company that services 95% of the state, what can be a realistic outcome if HE were to lose the class action lawsuit? I'm bullish just for the fact of the service footprint alone but obviously, a lot of investors dumping the stock believe otherwise. If the government were to step in and stop the bleeding, what would/could happen next?And yes I bought the stock and Calls far too early. $SoFi Technologies Inc.(SOFI)$ imo lots of rosy projections that are based on base effect and extrapolating past trajectory. See my comments re members below. There is very limited moat in the product set SOFI operates and commodotized products and are very price sensitive. The financial supermarket approach has been tried many times in the past to moderate success.I'm nearing retirement. I have moved some of my assets over to SOFI.I like what I see a lot, but I need them to have a more robust Options trading platform than they currently do and they should also add a free Tax eFiling service. Sort of like Robinhood and CreditKarma (before Intuit bought them) rolled into one. I hope to make SOFI my one-stop shop for all things financial.
Anyone suggesting that you sell some $(AMC)$ to have capitol for other plays is definitely not a friend of the community and probably has stated that they aren't an A P E.
