Tesla's auditors never required any "going-concern" warning be filed with the audited statements. This raises the suspicion that there are two sets of books; Musk was aware of a bankruptcy risk being just days away, but this condition was hidden from thepublic-investor with false SEC filings.$Tesla Motors(TSLA)$

$Apple(AAPL)$ NASDAQ oversold level is same as end of October last year when it hit 12500. The index rallied over 25% after that. I see a similar situation here where I think this correction will rally nasdaq 10% to 17000+ level this summer. Max pain for Nasdaq should be around 15,000-15,250! Apple is at Bargain price here! $NIO Inc.(NIO)$ We're up 61 percent month to date. A pullback was expected. Watch as they may try to take out the 7 dollar calls, (which they pretty much accomplished) and the 6.50 puts. Anything below 6.50 is a buy. You always... mostly should buy Nio on Fridays if you are looking to add to your position. I am a big $亚马逊(AMZN)$ fan and think true longs (5 years+) will be more than fine. I jumped in at 1,670 when the stock was pushed down in late 2018. I had to wait more than a year for a breakout before it exploded 100% over a 6-mo period last year. Then it seemed to stall given how quickly it rose and I felt like it was a good time to exit my position. I've actually been surprised it only briefly spiked from where it was a year ago but here we are. This stock is a keeper but you have to be on a very long timeline at this point.

$Alibaba(BABA)$ Do a chart comparison of BABA, TCEHY, JD, BIDU, and PDD. BABA is the most compressed yet it is the most diversified company in the bunch. BABA is a leader in E-commerce, Cloud, Fintech, Logistics, advertising, video, and AI. My point being at the current levels BABA represents the best value. This turnaround story is going to happen sooner or later.
