Meta Launches Muse Wonder to Challenge Enterprise AI — Is Zuckerberg's Path Different From OpenAI's?

Meta surged 3.38% to $742.96 Monday on the launch of enterprise AI model Muse Wonder, which reportedly outperforms GPT-6 Astra and Claude Opus 5.5 on select benchmarks across contract analysis, financial, and healthcare tasks. Zuckerberg reaffirmed aggressive AI investment and framed Meta's direction around "personal superintelligence" — a break from OpenAI and Anthropic's AGI-centric roadmaps. Bulls see a large commercial opportunity if Muse Wonder delivers; bears say benchmark scores don't translate into procurement. Personal superintelligence over AGI — viable path?

My answer to this is that Zuckerberg (Meta - Muse Wonder) is pursuing an ecosystem-led approach to AI, while Altman (OpenAI) is building an AI-first platform for work. Both are moving toward the same destination: AI agents that do useful work (with Muse Wonder), not merely generate answers (with OpenAI).

🔎 Beginner’s Guide to Search Advertising — Part 1 How Meta, Google, Ray-Ban Smart Glasses, WhatsApp and AI Could Shape the Future of Digital Advertising The big idea: When I invest in technology companies, I don’t just look at how many phones they sell, how many people use their apps, or how impressive their AI models are. I also want to understand how these companies turn attention into advertising revenue. Think about it. A person searches for a new pair of running shoes on Google, watches a product video on Facebook, messages a shop on WhatsApp, and asks an AI assistant which shoes offer the best value. These activities could all create opportunities for businesses to advertise, attract customers and make sales. That is why I find digital advertising an important business model for begi

🚀 META IS BACK IN THE AI RACE — BUT CAN IT TURN SMARTER MODELS INTO BIGGER PROFITS?

$Meta Platforms, Inc.(META)$ gained 3.38% to $742.96 on Monday after unveiling its new Muse Wonder AI models. The launch signals a renewed push to compete with OpenAI and Anthropic, but the more interesting story is Meta’s strategy for making money from AI. Zuckerberg isn’t just chasing smarter AI. He wants AI that gets things done. 🧠 1. From answering questions to completing tasks Meta launched two models: Muse Wonder and Muse Wonder Full. Their focus is on AI agents that can handle complex, multi-step tasks rather than simply generate responses. Meta highlights two capabilities: 🔹 Active Memory: Retains relevant information across conversations. 🔹 Active Focus: Works through obstacles, tries alternative approaches and continues towards a go

$Meta Platforms, Inc.(META)$  is back in the spotlight after launching two new AI models, Muse Wonder and Muse Wonder Full. Shares rose more than 3% following the announcement as investors gained fresh evidence that Meta’s huge AI investment may be starting to deliver results. 🧠 What’s different this time? Meta says its new models can compete with leading offerings from OpenAI and Anthropic. The standout features are: 🔹 Active Memory — remembers important details across conversations, reducing the need for users to repeat themselves. 🔹 Active Focus — works through complex tasks, tries alternative approaches and recovers from errors. 🔹 Real-world applications — from coding and analysing documents to handling more complicated professional tas
Meta Muse Takes a Cut — Who Gets Squeezed? $Meta Platforms, Inc.(META)$   Meta is quietly testing a very different AI business model: take a small fee when Muse completes a transaction for you. That changes the competitive map. At Meta Connect, Zuckerberg said Meta expects Muse to generate revenue from transaction fees, rather than relying only on subscriptions or advertising. Muse is already being connected to services such as Expedia and Instacart, allowing the AI agent to handle tasks like travel booking and grocery shopping. META: Who Gets Paid When AI Shops For You?

The interesting part of Muse isn’t the chatbot. It’s the checkout. $Meta Platforms, Inc.(META)$  says Muse can increasingly act on a user’s behalf — finding products, making bookings and completing transactions. The company plans to take a small fee from transactions, creating a completely different monetisation model from traditional advertising. And that creates a new fight over the customer relationship. 🛒 Retail: Shopify has opened its merchants to Muse through Shop Pay, while Instacart is bringing its grocery infrastructure into the experience. ✈️ Travel: Expedia is coming to Muse, meaning travel could become another area where the agent sits between the customer and the booking platform. 🚫

🔥 META: Muse Is Viral. Now Comes the Hard Part

Meta’s Muse has gone from a new AI product to one of the biggest stories in tech surprisingly quickly. The app reached No. 1 on the U.S. Apple App Store and Google Play, and Sensor Tower estimated more than 3.4 million downloads by Thursday. Meta shares have also surged as investors reassess what Muse could become. But downloads aren’t the real story. Monetisation is. Muse isn’t just another chatbot. It can perform tasks on a user’s behalf — from shopping and travel bookings to emails and other actions across connected apps. That moves AI from answering questions to potentially taking over parts of the transaction itself. And that’s where things get interesting for investors. If Muse becomes a place where people discover products, book travel, compare prices and complete purchases, Met

I think Muse’s per-transaction cut mainly hits the shopping site entry point. Not just payment — it touches the moment someone decides what to buy and where. That’s where Amazon and other retail giants are strongest. If Muse becomes the first screen for shopping, it starts eating into their product discovery and ad money. Payment is affected too, but Meta is partnering with Stripe, PayPal and others, so that entry point is less directly threatened. For small businesses, I actually see potential. They can’t outbid big companies on ads. If an AI agent recommends based on product fit instead of ad spend, that could help them. But it’s still too early. The main issue is trust. I personally don’t trust Meta. I won’t give it all my info. If users don’t trust the agent, none of this works. Also,

I definitely caught the rally, although I am still staying disciplined rather than chasing the momentum. The position I am sharing is $Direxion Daily Semiconductors Bull 3x Shares(SOXL)$ , which is currently sitting at over 60% gain for me. I have been building my SOXL position gradually through pullbacks, especially when it approaches the EMA200 trendline support and starts to rebound. The recent strength in semiconductor stocks has definitely helped, but I still expect plenty of volatility because SOXL is a 3x leveraged ETF. For me, this rally is a good reminder that patience and consistency matter. I would rather keep adding during meaningful pullbacks than
Key Details of Muse's Business Model:Merchant-Side Fee: The transaction cut functions like a commerce tax or affiliate commission paid by partner brands.Integrated Partners: Meta has already lined up major integrations for this model. Muse routes transactions through payment systems like PayPal and Shopify's Shop Pay, alongside retail/travel partners like Walmart, Best Buy, Sephora, and Expedia.Free Tier for Users: Because Meta plans to profit from these transaction take-rates, they are keeping a massive free tier open for everyday users (providing up to 100 million tokens per week) to encourage adoption and shopping habits. Heavy users can also upgrade to $20/month or $100/month subscription tiers to buy more compute power.

Will Meta Muse Be A Threat to Amazon, Google, Expedia & Instacart?

🌟🌟🌟A quiet panic is taking over the boardrooms of Silicon Valley - $Meta Platforms, Inc.(META)$  Muse.  While the main stream market was distracted by changing macroeconomic data, Mark Zuckerberg, CEO of Meta dropped a Trojan horse into the digital economy.  Muse isn't just an app or a flashy assistant.  Muse is a transaction devouring Autonomous AI Agent Layer that sits right in front of the consumer's eyes. By taking a direct commission on ecosystem transactions, Meta isn't looking to build software.  It aims to become the single, inescapable gateway to the entire internet. This represents a profound shift from a destination based internet to an entry point economy.  Muse can be a dire

META: Could Muse Become More Than an AI Feature?

Meta has spent years turning attention into advertising revenue. Now it may be testing something different: Getting paid when AI actually completes the transaction. That’s what makes the Muse story interesting to me. Imagine asking an AI: “Find me the cheapest flight next weekend.” Instead of sending you ten links and leaving you to do the work, Muse could search, compare and eventually book it for you. If Meta takes a fee when that transaction happens, the business model starts looking very different. And the opportunity could extend well beyond travel. 🛒 Shopping ✈️ Travel 🍔 Food delivery 💳 Payments 🎟️ Tickets The interesting part for $META is that it already has something many AI competitors don’t have at the same scale: billions of people already using its apps. The challenge is gettin
META: Could Muse Become More Than an AI Feature?
Alphabet feels it first to me. Expedia may actually benefit if Muse becomes another distribution channel bringing it bookings. Amazon has more protection because it owns the marketplace, checkout relationship and customer data, and it has already shown that it is willing to block Muse from shopping on its platform. Alphabet is more exposed at the starting point of the journey. If users increasingly tell Muse “find me a hotel and book it” or “find this product and buy it”, fewer commercial journeys may begin with a Google search, followed by sponsored links and comparison shopping. That does not mean Google's business is immediately threatened. Muse still needs partners, merchants and payment infrastructure to complete transactions. But the bigger question is whether the AI agent becomes th

Mark Zuckerberg's announcement at Meta Connect regarding their personal AI agent, Muse, marks a massive shift in how big tech plans to monetize AI. Instead of relying on traditional subscription fees or just standard advertising, Meta is implementing a transaction-fee model. They will take a small cut from merchants whenever Muse completes a purchase or booking on behalf of a user. JPMorgan recently raised META's price target to $920, seeing this as a viable avenue to diversify away from pure ad revenue. Long-term investors should watch how fast e-commerce platforms adopt or block Muse integrations. The Merchant Margin Touchpoint: By charging the transaction fee directly to merchants rather than users, Meta is positioning Muse as an "agentic commerce" platform. This directly touches the te
