However, for local residents, the price in Johor is definitely considered quite expensive and burdening, especially when you earn MYR there.
The trip also allows me to enjoy local food at a lower cost, which adds to the overall savings. Overall, Johor remains a budget-friendly option for Malaysians working in Singapore, especially for shopping and stocking up on certain items.
