MetaOptics (SGX:9MT) submitted an amended registration statement on form F-1 as part of its listing on the Nasdaq Stock Exchange, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The amended registration reflects the number of American depository shares to be offered and the ratio of each share to the number of underlying shares currently traded on the Singapore bourse.
Shares of the advanced metalens manufacturing company were up over 3% in Tuesday trading.
