TrickleStar (SGX:CYW) was granted in-principle approval by the SGX-ST for the listing and quotation of 79.1 million shares, according to a Tuesday bourse filing.
Shares of the smart energy solutions company were down over 2% in Wednesday trading.
Earlier, the company had signed a placement agreement with PrimePartners Corporate Finance to raise SG$2.4 million through the placement of around 79.1 million shares at SG$0.0306 per share.
