It's so refreshing having a leader of a country searching all aspects including The use of Tarrifs as an option at reducing the USA Debt levels currently at +/- $35- $38 Trillion, rather than raising Taxes on USA Businesses & the Tax payers of USA....Mr Trump mentioned this in his & on his campaign before securing Victory. When you spend a fortune on a resource like the Panama Canal , paying for it with no less than 35000 USA lives & to then sell it for $1, I understand the irony or frustration of how that was such a dumb business deal....go figure. AMD made 2 acquisitions in 2024, in the AI development & deployment & Data centre space, $5.5 Billion, they are serious about taking market share in many areas & they don't have to compete with Nvidia, there is more than enough space and demand in this sector going forward.

Totally agree, AMD has their place in this market and companies like Google, Amazon made promises , Microsoft , Meta, Oracle, IBM, the AMD CPU's are currently better than Intel CPU's & AMD have bought or indicated that they will acquire ZT systems & Silo AI, all this to compete directly with Nvidia, & let's remember, AMD does not necessarily need to be better than Nvidia, as long as they are Nvidia's competitor, one has cheaper alternatives to Nvidia's more expensive GPU's. Competition is always good. Don't allow sentiment Or any of the noise against AMD at preventing one From holding this Gem. I do believe AMD may well surprise us all within the next 2 to 3 years.

The price of homes in New Zealand are in my opinion out of touch with the rest of the world in more ways than one. Many homes built 90 years ago are actually still being used today and part of the inventory that comes to market with no insulation in the walls. Yes government introduced a Healthy Homes standard , however this does not address the issue and then these very homes are sold at so called market related prices when comparing them to a new build. These homes should either be demolished or carry a price tag that's way less than the average market related pricing ... yet , consumers seem to be oblivious to this and pay a premium for a property that has had no maintenance for the last 40-90 years, shocking. Real estate agencies & banks should take note and make this known to ever
