While all players in the space saw positive top-line growth in 1Q22, challenges began to surface in Q2 as companies lapped tough 2021 comps. More importantly, the outlook provided by most management teams was frankly terrifying.</p><p></p><p><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/d88511c646d4175530a996f92cfa8a85\" tg-width=\"640\" tg-height=\"396\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"/></p><p>Company, consensus estimates, Albert Lin</p><p></p><p>Meta (META), the largest social media platform in the world, reported negative revenue growth in Q2 and provided Q3 revenue guidance that was 10% below Street estimates as management pointed to worsening macro conditions. Snap&#39;s (SNAP) revenue growth fell off a cliff in Q2 as CEO Spiegel cited a challenging macro from inflation to the Russia-Ukraine crisis and did not provide Q3 guidance. While Roku&#39;s (ROKU) ad revenue grew 26% in Q2, guidance for the current quarter was &gt;20% below consensus as the team blamed on a weak scatter market and subsequently canceled its full year 2022 outlook. The Trade Desk (TTD) was a blossom in the dessert with 30% growth in Q2 and a beat in Q3 guide was a major surprise to the Street, but that doesn&#39;t make Q4 any more predictable given the current economic outlook.</p><p>On the bottom end of the marketing funnel where advertisers are more focused on conversion over impression, Amazon Advertising (AMZN) proved to be highly resilient as consumers are literally standing in front of sellers on the e-commerce site. As much of a giant as Google is, Q2 Search revenue still grew 14% following 24% in Q1. Predicting 2H22 growth was a difficult exercise for analysts as management didn&#39;t provide quantitative guides, so the Street isn&#39;t getting its hopes up as Search revenue grew 44%/36% in 3Q/4Q21.</p><p>In short, what one can easily conclude for the digital advertising space (as well as for most industries) is that winter is here, and the setup for 2023 doesn&#39;t look so good as the economy is heading into a recession if not already in one. The question now becomes: what will Google look like in a 2023 recession?</p><h2>Coming up with the worst case scenario</h2><p>While there are no perfect methods to accurately forecast Google&#39;s top and bottom line in a recession (since we have no idea how bad things will be), we can first borrow from history that Google obviously experienced a meaningful decline in revenue growth during the 2008 Global Financial Crisis driven by indiscriminate mortgage lending in the United States of America. Throughout the crisis, Google saw its quarterly revenue growth decelerate materially from +42% in 1Q08 to +18% in 4Q08 and eventually bottomed out at +3% in 2Q09 before re-accelerating to +7% in 3Q09 and +17% 4Q09. For the entire 2008 and 2009, however, revenue still grew 9% and 8%, a highly respectable feat as the world was literally falling apart.</p><p></p><p><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/762c70d4d4202f1382880c6c8ff279e2\" tg-width=\"640\" tg-height=\"396\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"/></p><p>Company data, Albert Lin</p><p>As bleak as things were, what was frankly a positive surprise to investors was that Google was able to protect its operating margin by containing costs throughout the global recession. While year-over-year top-line growth slowed from over 40% to single digits, changes in operating expenses were largely in line with revenue. OPEX actually declined for two consecutive quarters in 2009 and only ramped up in Q4 when revenue growth was back to double digits.<img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/b0db9de48c20d2d341cd29315ee5177f\" tg-width=\"640\" tg-height=\"396\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"/>Company data, Albert Lin</p><p>Now that we have a basic understanding of how Google fared in the 2008 recession, we can assume with some degree of confidence that Google will at least be able to demonstrate flexibility on the expense side of the equation should top-line growth begin to slow materially in the next (or current) recession.</p><p>The question now is how much revenue growth will fall. Since digital advertising was still in its infancy back in 2008, it&#39;s conceivable that digital ad budgets will likely experience a bigger impact today given the &gt;65% penetration vs. 12% back then. For this reason, we can probably imagine a worst case scenario of 0% revenue growth in 2023 vs. +8% in 2009. Given Google is still very much an advertising company, we will focus exclusively on the Google Services segment (90% of revenue) for now.</p><p>The current 2022 consensus calls for Google Services revenue of ~$264 billion, which implies an 11% YoY growth on an exceptional 41% growth in 2021. Operating income is estimated to come in at ~$95 billion for an EBIT margin of 36% vs. 39% in 2021. With an effective tax rate of 16%, Google Services should generate net income of ~$80 billion and EPS of $6.09 in 2022.<img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/9e0b914de067418218358e4b8bf67149\" tg-width=\"640\" tg-height=\"396\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"/></p><p>Company data, Albert Lin</p><p>Based on how Google managed costs during the 2008 recession, I&#39;d expect OPEX growth to stay flat just like revenue, leading to an EBIT margin of 36% in 2023. Already, CEO Sundar Pichai has indicated that he wants to make Google 20% more efficient. Assume the same 16% tax rate, this should come down to an estimated EPS of $6.26. The ~3% increase in EPS primarily comes from buybacks, for which Google has plenty of financial firepower. At the end of 2Q22, Google had $58.9 billion remaining in its buyback program after approving $70 billion for share repurchase in April 2022. There&#39;s $125 billion of cash on the balance sheet, which indicates a strong possibility for more buybacks in the future.</p><p>During the Global Financial Crisis, Google&#39;s P/E multiple contracted from 33x in 4Q07 to 12x in 4Q08. Applying the same trough multiple of 12x, we can arrive at a per share value of $75 for Google Services in 2023. At this price, markets should have sufficiently priced in a full blown recession and investors would theoretically be paying $0 for Google Cloud and Other Bets.</p><p><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/af898d136c328d1e49059b6da2263234\" tg-width=\"640\" tg-height=\"378\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"/></p><p>Company data, Albert Lin</p><p>It&#39;s unclear how Google Cloud will perform in a recession given cloud migration is more of a structural vs. cyclical story, but suppose Google Cloud grows 30% in 2022 and growth gets cut in half to 15% in 2023, Cloud revenue is estimated at $28.7 billion or $2.24 on a per share basis next year. Applying a depressed 2x P/S multiple should give us a value of $4 a share. Taken altogether, <b>we should have a worst case scenario of $79 for Google&#39;s shares in a recessionary environment.</b></p><h2>Final thoughts</h2><p>The bad news is Google&#39;s stock may have a 20% downside if markets are to price in a full-blown recession. The good news is Google was able to demonstrate strong resiliency in managing its bottom line in the last economic recession. I&#39;ve visited Thailand and Philippines over the years and you will see green Grab delivery riders everywhere.</p><p>The company is so dominant that Uber (UBER) sold its operations to Grab and bought a stake in the company as a blatant surrender move.</p><p>In this article, I&#39;ll give you a general breakdown of Grab and share several reasons why I&#39;m bullish on the company long term.</p><h2>Grab Overview</h2><p>Grab was founded in 2016 by Singapore Billionaire Anthony Tan who had a vision of building a super-app for Southeast Asia.</p><p>Southeast Asia is made up of 8 countries and has a total population of 683 million people.</p><p>It&#39;s one of the fastest growing economies in the world thanks to massive technological advances and foreign investment.</p><p>Grab operates in 4 key segments: Delivery, Mobility, Financial Services, and Enterprise Services (Advertising for businesses).</p><p>The American ride sharing &amp; food delivery industry has many competitors such as Uber, Lyft (LYFT), DoorDash (DASH), and several other small companies who compete aggressively for the huge $ tide sharing market.</p><p>On the other hand, Grab only has 1 competitor in Southeast Asia called Foodpanda, a smaller company based out of Europe.</p><h2>Record Q2 Revenue and GMV</h2><p>The company hit record Q2 revenue of $321 million (Up 79% YoY) along with record Q2 GMV of $5.1 billion (Up 30% YoY).</p><p class=\"t-img-caption\"><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/aca6a4b7afe32d866b123c7ad3bc5973\" tg-width=\"640\" tg-height=\"356\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"/><span>Grab Q2 2022 Financials (grab.com)</span></p><p>Monthly Transacting Users (MTAs) reached 32.6 million (Up 12% YoY) with 62% of users using 2 or more services on the app.</p><p>Net losses were $572 million, which was a 27% improvement from Q2 2021.</p><p>Grab continues to grow its MTA and establish a massive footprint in Southeast Asia. I don&#39;t see any competitors taking market share from the company right now and Grab will be able to raise prices to adjust for inflation to keep both merchants and consumers on a level playing field.</p><h2>Deliveries</h2><p>Delivery revenue grew 199% YoY and makes up nearly 50% of the company&#39;s revenue and Grab just announced a new partnership with Coca-Cola (KO) in August 2022 to offer more of its products on the app.</p><p class=\"t-img-caption\"><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/0f9aa62bcd9e18dd9dc1501b4a322358\" tg-width=\"640\" tg-height=\"260\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"/><span>Grab Q2 2022 Deliveries (grab.com)</span></p><p>Grocery &amp; food delivery is a stable and lucrative business that the company can continue profiting from. The Grab app makes it easy to order from any restaurant or grocery store within a 20 km radius, which gives app users a wide range of selections.</p><p>Grab can onload more restaurants and increase its revenue as more users flock to its app.</p><h2>Mobility</h2><p>Mobility bounced back nicely in Q2 2022 and Grab saw a nice revenue boost of 37% in its ride sharing segment due to higher tourist activity and international travel.</p><p class=\"t-img-caption\"><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/9f8cc1e637a6d3ae80030c2a86c9757a\" tg-width=\"640\" tg-height=\"267\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"/><span>Grab Q2 2022 Mobility (grab.com)</span></p><p>Grab does compete with motorcycle taxis that offer citywide transportation throughout Southeast Asia at a lower cost. It will be interesting to see if Grab adds motorcycle rides to its platform in the future.</p><p>Southeast Asian countries are beginning to welcome back tourists and drop mask mandates, which is extremely bullish for its ridesharing segment.</p><h2>Financial Services</h2><p>Financial services saw a 94% in revenue YoY as more users use the company&#39;s digital payment app and applied for loans through Grab.</p><p class=\"t-img-caption\"><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/5d2de6dd60e53c092bfecac927222563\" tg-width=\"640\" tg-height=\"312\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"/><span>Grab Q2 2022 Financial Services (grab.com)</span></p><p>Grab is becoming a solid alternative to PayPal (PYPL) in Southeast Asia and could benefit from an increase in TPV over the next few years.</p><h2>Enterprise Services</h2><p>Grab&#39;s Enterprise services saw a 30% revenue boost YoY as more companies spent money on GrabAds to drive higher customer sales volume.</p><p class=\"t-img-caption\"><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/a25d5c353a8942bd7a96e0e7100db743\" tg-width=\"640\" tg-height=\"229\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"/><span>Grab Q2 2022 Enterprise Services (grab.com)</span></p><p>Grab isn&#39;t generating a lot of revenue from merchant ads but could scale this segment as MTA is approaching 50+ million.</p><p>The company also launched Grab Maps in August 2022 to help alleviate many of its problems using standard Google Maps.</p><p>Management expects to break even on the food &amp; deliveries segment much earlier than expected.</p><h2>My Bullish Take</h2><p>GRAB stock trades around $3 and is down 61% from its initial SPAC IPO.</p><p class=\"t-img-caption\"><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/f2b4098c6633fecb6afcda2efcdbcb04\" tg-width=\"1280\" tg-height=\"802\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"/><span>GRAB data by YCharts</span></p><p>The company made history by becoming the most expensive SPAC IPO of all-time with an initial valuation of $40 billion.</p><p>What&#39;s most intriguing is that Altimeter Capital selected Grab as its SPAC partner.</p><p>I trust their judgement and believe Grab is one of the best stocks under $5 to own right now.</p><p>Digital technological advances in Southeast Asia will drive higher per capita incomes and more e-commerce activity in the future.</p><p>Grab CEO Anthony Tan believes the company will be profitable soon and could start generating positive EBITDA as soon as 2023.</p><p>Not only is Grab a ride sharing &amp; delivery app but the app offers other services including digital payments, bill pay, and smartphone credit purchase.</p><p>Whenever you visit Southeast Asia, you must download the Grab app to get around the city. GETTY IMAGES</span></p><p>Chief Executive Tim Cook didn’t show off “one more thing” on Wednesday, but he did have one new Apple Inc. offering to share: reasonable pricing.</p><p>Apple has long shown a willingness to charge premium prices for its iPhones, including breaking the $1,000 barrier a few years back with the iPhone X, and was expected to increase prices on the smartphones again with the iPhone 14 unveiling on Wednesday. Cook kept the price the same as the last two iPhone models, however, and even added in some other deals: Free satellite emergency service for two years, and an update to Apple Care+ to remove a limit on the number of repairs each year.</p><p>“It was a shock, I thought a $100 price increase was a foregone conclusion,” said Dan Ives, an analyst at Wedbush Securities. “Apple read the room and Cook didn’t want to raise prices.”</p><p>At the very least, analysts expected Apple to increase prices on its top-end smartphones, the iPhone Pro and Pro Max. Maribel Lopez, principal analyst at Lopez Research, said she had been hearing talk of price hikes of up to several hundred dollars that would “fork the line,” or allow greater separation between lower-priced and premium offerings.</p><p>“This was their opportunity, they were going to fork the line, and have very affordable and very flagship, and that was surprising that didn’t happen,” Lopez said. “I think that is the right move. It’s becoming difficult to get people to upgrade, they hold onto them longer, they are not inexpensive.”</p><p>The concern for investors from this move would be Apple’s profit margin. Record inflation has not just hit consumers — electronics manufacturers are seeing higher prices and uncertain supply of many components. The 15-year-old iPhone family is still Apple’s biggest revenue and profit generator, even as it is a mature product, so a margin decline would be felt acutely on the overall bottom line.</p><p>Lopez and Ives said the move should not be too much of a drag on Apple’s margins, however, thanks to strength with suppliers and a move toward using Apple’s own semiconductors.</p><p>“They have more control over their supply chain,” Ives said, adding that “the Apple silicon gives them flexibility.”</p><p>“Everything being an A or an M chip, that allows them a certain flexibility,” Lopez said. “It’s a classic vertical integration strategy.”</p><p>Apple unveiled some new offerings that were not price-related, mostly features targeted at increasingly specific audiences, such as the Apple Ultra Watch for serious fitness enthusiasts. But Cook again didn’t take the opportunity to use co-founder Steve Jobs’ product-launch catchphrase, “one more thing,” at the end of an unveiling to show off the next big product — even though Apple may have a big launch on the way.</p><p>Apple reportedly is working on three sets of augmented/virtual-reality glasses, with one expected to launch next year and compete with Meta Platforms Inc.’s Oculus offerings. It would be only the second major product category to launch under Cook’s leadership, beside the Apple Watch.</p><p>But Apple never shows off the next big thing without a fully formed product ready to roll. So instead, Cook is just trying to keep consumers happy with new iPhones — at flat prices with better cameras, longer battery life and new features — until its next foray is actually ready.</p><p>That doesn’t do much for investors, though. Co., especially with the zero Covid shutdowns in China seen in April/May,&#34; he added.</p><p>Commenting specifically on the iPhone 14 launch, Ives stated they believe the &#34;initial order for 90 million iPhone 14 units out of the gates with Asian suppliers has stayed firm&#34; GETTY IMAGESChief Executive Tim Cook didn’t show off “one more thing” on Wednesday, but he did have one new Apple Inc. offering to share: reasonable pricing.Apple has long shown a willingness to charge premium prices for its iPhones, including breaking the $1,000 barrier a few years back with the iPhone X, and was expected to increase prices on the smartphones again with the iPhone 14 unveiling on Wednesday. Cook kept the price the same as the last two iPhone models, however, and even added in some other deals: Free satellite emergency service for two years, and an update to Apple Care+ to remove a limit on the number of repairs each year.“It was a shock, I thought a $100 price increase was a foregone conclusion,” said Dan Ives, an analyst at Wedbush Securities. “Apple read the room and Cook didn’t want to raise prices.”At the very least, analysts expected Apple to increase prices on its top-end smartphones, the iPhone Pro and Pro Max. Maribel Lopez, principal analyst at Lopez Research, said she had been hearing talk of price hikes of up to several hundred dollars that would “fork the line,” or allow greater separation between lower-priced and premium offerings.“This was their opportunity, they were going to fork the line, and have very affordable and very flagship, and that was surprising that didn’t happen,” Lopez said. “I think that is the right move. It’s becoming difficult to get people to upgrade, they hold onto them longer, they are not inexpensive.”The concern for investors from this move would be Apple’s profit margin. been very clear about what we were looking for in expanding our health services, either be it primary care, provider enablement or in the home, and Signify Health clearly checks off two boxes: into the home and provider enablement,&#34; CVS CEO Karen Lynch said in an interview.</p><p>Signify Health brings CVS, which runs pharmacies, pharmacy benefits and the Aetna insurance plans, a network of 10,000 clinicians who provide home-based assessments of patient health and social needs.</p><p>CVS expects the deal to close in the first half of 2023 and said that it expects the acquisition to be &#34;meaningfully&#34; accretive to earnings.</p><p>CVS said it would pay $30.50 per share for the company, or about $7.6 billion in equity as well as about $400 million in equity appreciation rights.</p><p>Lynch said the companies would work with regulators who review deals for any antitrust issues.</p><p>&#34;We are not competitors. We don’t have any overlapping functions,&#34; Lynch said.</p><p>Large mergers and acquisitions have come under intense antitrust scrutiny and lowering healthcare costs has been an important strategic mission for the Biden Administration.</p><p><b>SIGNIFY HEALTH</b></p><p>Signify Health serves two groups of customers: about 50 U.S. health insurance plans including CVS&#39; Aetna division and rivals such as UnitedHealth Group Inc and groups of providers. UnitedHealth and Amazon Inc are among companies that were interested in Signify, a source familiar with the discussions previously told Reuters.</p><p>Signify mostly serves the companies and providers associated with Medicare Advantage health plans, in which private insurers provide government-paid health benefits to people aged 65 and older. It also services Medicaid plans for people with low incomes.</p><p>The company said it expects to service 2.5 million people through annual in-person and virtual health assessments. The visits combine with technology and analytics to coordinate follow up care and social services with the goal of improving health of underserved populations and lowering health costs, Signify said.</p><p>Signify Health CEO Kyle Armbrester, who will remain as the head of the division, said the company plans to expand to commercial health plans.</p><p>The company, which went public in early 2021, has struggled since its stock market launch and had announced a restructuring earlier this summer. Talks of the sale process were first reported in August.</p><p>CVS said in a statement that the company is &#34;increasingly confident&#34; it can achieve its long-term earnings goals. Still, they seem to strongly suspect how much crypto demand there actually is; some people have previously accused the company of keeping hidden from investors. For instance, the Securities and Exchange Commission sued and recently settled charges against Nvidia in May 2022 for downplaying the impact of crypto mining on its results in 2018. </p><h2>A nasty cryptocurrency hangover</h2><p>Crypto miners find graphics processing units (GPUs) faster than central processing units, or CPUs, for calculating the math problems involved in mining -- the main reason for high crypto miner demand for Nvidia&#39;s gaming GPUs.</p><p>These GPU sales to crypto miners were a massive benefit for Nvidia in 2021. Every crypto mining farm worldwide bought up vast amounts of Nvidia&#39;s GPUs during the crypto industry&#39;s bull market run last year. Demand for its GPUs went so high that it exceeded Nvidia&#39;s ability to supply the market, creating a GPU shortage. Moreover, it became difficult for true gamers at one point to buy a new graphics card. The company significantly ramped up its GPU production to satisfy this &#34;gaming&#34; demand. As a result, good times have now turned into a hangover for the company.  </p><p>Nvidia is holding onto $1.32 billion of inventory that it wants to sell rapidly at a discount before releasing its next-generation &#34;Lovelace&#34; gaming GPUs. Sadly for current Nvidia investors, it could take some time for this headache to go away. It’s more durable than previous models and has a new temperature sensor the company will use to help track women’s health including ovulation.</p><p>It will come in four colors in aluminum — black, gold, aluminum, and red — and three colors in stainless steel. It costs at least $399 for an aluminum model and $499 for one with cellular connectivity.</p><p>Apple says that the device is designed to keep data secure and private and that health data will only be shared with explicit permission from the user.</p><p>Apple also added new safety features powered by two motion sensors. The new car crash detection that can detect if you were in a severe car crash and automatically call emergency services.</p><p>A new mode on Apple Watches can extend the Apple Watch battery life from 18 hours to 36 hours by temporarily disabling the always-on display and workout notifications.</p><p>Cook started by airing a video highlighting letters people have written to him about how the wearable has helped them get help in emergency situations.</p><p>Moreover, Apple has announced a redesigned Apple Watch SE, which is a lower-cost version of its mainline Series 8.</p><p>This year’s model includes:</p><ul><li>A bigger screen</li><li>A new plastic design on the underside of the watch</li><li>Heart rate notifications</li><li>Fall detection</li></ul><p>It will retail for either $249 or $299 starting on Sept. 16. Apple is marketing it as a device for children who might not need their own iPhone.</p><p>Also, it announced the Apple Watch Ultra, new high-end watch with a new design, bigger screen, and titanium case. The product is aimed at outdoor athletes.</p><p>It will cost at least $799 and will hit store shelves on Sept. 23. Preorders are available on Wednesday.</p><p>It comes with a new watch face with more information, including a compass. It also has a new orange “action” button for quick use while working out or wearing gloves. It can also show how deep the user is diving under the water while swimming.</p><p>Apple says that the watch can get as many as 60 hours of battery life with a software update this fall.</p><p>“Every detail has been engineered to make the most rugged and capable than ever,” Apple COO Jeff Williams said in a promo video.</p><p><b>AirPods Pro</b></p><p>Apple CEO Tim Cook announced a new model of Apple’s AirPods Pro, which wireless earbuds with noise-cancelling.</p><p>They cost $249 and will go on sale on Sept 23.</p><p>They have better sound quality and clarity, Apple said, due to an Apple H2 chip on the inside, an upgrade from the earlier model’s H1.</p><p>New features include:</p><ul><li>New touch control to adjust volume</li><li>Longer battery life with up to 6 hours listening time</li><li>A smaller extra-small ear tip</li><li>A speaker added to the case</li><li>Can be charged with MagSafe chargers.</li></ul><p>Apple said that the noise cancellation on the new models is twice as good as before.</p><p><b>iPhone 14,</b> <b>14</b> <b>Plus</b> <b>and</b> <b>14</b> <b>Pro</b></p><p>Apple CEO Tim Cook announced the iPhone 14. So far, Apple has announced two new models— an iPhone 14 Plus and an iPhone 14.</p><p>The iPhone 14 Plus replaces the older “iPhone 13 mini” model with a bigger model with a 6.7-inch screen.</p><p>The iPhone 14 will start at $799 and the Plus will cost $899. Preorders start on Sept 9 and the smaller version will go on sale on Sept. 16. It’s free for iPhone 14 users in the U.S. and Canada and launches in Canada.</li></ul><p>It announced a long-rumored capability to connect its iPhone 14 series to satellites for emergency services during its event on Wednesday.</p><p>The feature is designed to connect an iPhone 14′s antennas directly to a satellite, to send a message in areas unconnected by cell towers.</p><p>Apple’s manager of satellite modeling and simulation Ashley Williams said an algorithm in the phone compresses text messages to a size that will “take less than 15 seconds to send” to a satellite, before its relayed to a ground station and on to an emergency service provider.</p><p>The emergency satellite service launches in November, and is included free for two years with an iPhone 14.</p><p>Satellite communications — which has several existing networks that support specialized, purpose-built phones — is undergoing a new era of investment. Companies including Elon Musk’s SpaceX and AST SpaceMobile have previously announced partnerships with mobile service providers, with a similar goal of providing similar satellite services directly to traditional consumer smartphones.</p><p>Also, Apple CEO Tim Cook announced the iPhone 14 pro, the high-end models for this year.</p><p>The smaller model with a 6.1-inch screen is called the iPhone 14 Pro. The bigger model will be called the iPhone 14 Max.</p><p>The iPhone 14 Pro will start at $999, and the bigger model starts at $1099. That’s the same price as last year’s models. They go up for preorder on Friday and will ship next week.</p><p>These devices have a new front design with a smaller cutout for the front-facing camera which expands the device’s screen.
