The lower DPU was primarily driven by higher borrowing costs. XD 13th August, Pay date 26th September. Gearing 40.9 percent. I THINK Results seem no good! ICR 3.2x. Occupancy rate is 89.1%. Gross revenue and NPI for 2HFY2024 were 2.1% and 7.2% lower y-o-y at $71.9 million and $101.0 million. Building 3 post the lease restructure.
