Next, we will make some distinctive things for Neo House in different locations in each city.</p><p>For example, Shanghai CITIC Tower is the tallest building in China and represents height, so this Neo House should show the most forward-looking technology. Neo House at Xingye Taikoo Hui, Nanjing West Road, Shanghai, may have fashion-related elements besides displaying cars and lifestyles.</p><p>All-Weather Technology: Neo House doesn't seem to have a single concept built centrally, but instead exports very many concepts at the same time?</p><p>Xia Qinghua: Yes. Because these are what the Nio system has been doing, whether it's fashion related, or Neo Life. We only need to add some elements appropriately according to local customs and regional cultural characteristics.</p><p>What Nio brings to users has not changed from before. It still produces high-end intelligent electric vehicles, providing users with a good car experience and a good lifestyle. These tones remain unchanged.</p><p>Before there was no fixed place to tell the market that Nio was a company that everyone recognized as the best service, and it had done so much in the field of forward-looking technology. So, we want to show these things (scientific and technological strength) to everyone.</p><p><h2><b>At this stage, power exchange is a heavy investment</b></h2>All-weather technology: For the problem of users' charging, Nio not only accepts the direct replacement of batteries, but also continues to build battery exchange stations. Will the two approaches be focused in the future?</p><p>Xia Qinghua: Indeed, a few years ago, some car companies would firmly say that they would only do charging piles with higher voltage and higher current, and not do power exchange, but last year they also began to consider power exchange.</p><p>Nio always insists on doing the five elements of car, station, pile, people and cloud together. The so-called \"car\" is a mobile charging car; \"Station\" means the power exchange station; \"Pile\" means \"overcharge\" of three communications and small tributaries; \"People\" means that we have a very large road service team to help users make one-click home appliances; \"Cloud\" means the mobilization system of the whole cloud.</p><p>In the matter of charging, Nio is the earliest and most mature company to swap batteries. We already have more than 400 power stations across the country, and the national power exchange safety standards are also drafted by Nio.</p><p>All-weather technology: There are two ways to swap batteries and lay out charging piles. From NIO's perspective, which one costs more?</p><p>Xia Qinghua: At present, \"home filling pile\" is delivered with the car, which is included in the cost of the whole vehicle; The \"home charging fast charging pile\" with a power of 20 kilowatts is laid out by ourselves, generally near shopping malls and office buildings; 180kW \"overcharged pile\", with<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/TSLA\">Tesla</a>The current overcharge is of a similar nature.</p><p>Whether it's a battery change or this charging facility, we are free for car owners with a certain number of times. For example, car owners all over the country, if they are equipped with charging piles, have four free battery changes every month; If no charging pile is installed, there are 6 free battery changes every month.</p><p>Therefore, for us, at this stage, it is still the welfare of car owners. In the future, will the amount of ownership continue to increase, or it is also possible to appropriately reduce the equity a little more. Generally speaking, at present, Nio is investing from the cost perspective.</p><p>Back to the cost question just now, I didn't calculate it particularly carefully. However, in terms of efficiency, it is certain that the efficiency of the power swap station is higher than that of the charging pile. It is basically no problem for a power swap station to serve about 1,000 cars.</p><p><h2>Take root upstream in the supply chain</h2>All-weather technology: Nio mass-produced more than 40,000 vehicles last year, and mass production in the first half of this year reached last year's level. According to this estimate, mass production will probably double this year?</p><p>Xia Qinghua: This is subject to the financial report figures.</p><p>All-weather technology: We have noticed that some companies have only entered the smart EV track in the past two years, but they are aiming to achieve mass production of 1 million cars by 2020. What should the smart car production curve look like? Can you achieve exponential growth so quickly?</p><p>Xia Qinghua: It is related to the designed production capacity of the factory. For example, our production line in Hefei has an annual output of 100,000 units in a single shift, and 300,000 units per year in three shifts. This investment itself is a production line of 100,000 units. If you invest in the intensity of 500,000 annual production capacity, it is possible to quadruple it to 1 million.</p><p>Mass production depends on many factors. For example, whether someone really buys it, and whether it can really go offline.</p><p>The upstream and downstream industrial chain, including making motors, chips, seats, glass, door handles, suspensions, tires, etc., will help him prepare the supply of parts with a production capacity of 1 million.</p><p>All-Weather Tech: What Are The Key Reasons Currently Limiting Smart EV Production?</p><p>Xia Qinghua: At this stage, it is certain that the chip will have a certain impact. The demand for chips for intelligent electric vehicles in Nio reaches several hundred per unit. There are hundreds of chips of various different models, and any one of them has a problem, which may have some impact.</p><p>In the first half of this year, we stopped working for five days because of the restriction of chips. However, in recent months, through the efforts of our supply chain team, it has basically been solved.</p><p>All-Weather Technology: Does it mean that the problem of chips is basically solved?</p><p>Xia Qinghua: Everyone has to keep an eye on it every day. For example, before most car manufacturers needed central control large screens, they directly told the suppliers that they needed 8,000 large screens next month, and the manufacturers just waited. Because these are what the Nio system has been doing, whether it's fashion related, or Neo Life. Will the two approaches be focused in the future?</p><p>Xia Qinghua: Indeed, a few years ago, some car companies would firmly say that they would only do charging piles with higher voltage and higher current, and not do power exchange, but last year they also began to consider power exchange.</p><p>Nio always insists on doing the five elements of car, station, pile, people and cloud together. It is basically no problem for a power swap station to serve about 1,000 cars.</p><p><h2>Take root upstream in the supply chain</h2>All-weather technology: Nio mass-produced more than 40,000 vehicles last year, and mass production in the first half of this year reached last year's level. According to this estimate, mass production will probably double this year?</p><p>Xia Qinghua: This is subject to the financial report figures.</p><p>All-weather technology: We have noticed that some companies have only entered the smart EV track in the past two years, but they are aiming to achieve mass production of 1 million cars by 2020. For example, our production line in Hefei has an annual output of 100,000 units in a single shift, and 300,000 units per year in three shifts. Adam蔚来超算平台，还把旗舰车型蔚来ES8的白车身带到了展厅现场。\n据悉，这是国内首个独立研发量产的轻量化全铝车身，铝含量96.4%，采用航空级7003铝合金。下方底盘为双叉臂加多连杆结构，可承受5吨的超高承压及高达60个大气压。\n值得一提的是，蔚来还从超4200项专利里精选了561项专利发明，在展厅中打造了一面“蔚来专利墙”，覆盖整车制造与设计、三电（电池、电机、电控）技术、换电和充电技术、自动驾驶技术、数字座舱技术、车联网技术等全领域。\n蔚来汽车助理副总裁、上海区域总经理夏庆华向全天候科技表示，蔚来科技展厅从今年4月开始概念设计到最后展出，耗时约3个月，但由于展厅内产品均为已有内容，实际只花费了约一周的时间打造展馆。蔚来希望让更多人知道，除了服务之外，在前瞻科技领域也已经做了很多。\n不难看出，蔚来汽车想要通过此举对外展示科技实力，强调科技公司的概念。\n财报显示，2018年-2020年，蔚来汽车的研发投入分别为39.98亿元、44.29亿元、24.88亿元，占当年总营收的比重分别为80.75%、56.59%、15.30%。虽然研发投入占总营收比重逐年下降，但横向对比国内其它“造车新势力”，这部分投入依然处于行业前列。\n“成立到现在，蔚来投入的研发成本大概有400多亿元。接下来几年，每年也将保持50亿元以上的研发投入。”夏庆华向全天候科技透露。\n经历了2019年的黑暗时刻，蔚来似乎已经走出低谷，2020年营收和整车交付量均实现翻倍增长。得益于高毛利率车型ES8和EC6的交付量增加，公司毛利率也开始转正，亏损同比收窄幅度也超过50%。\n随之而来的是股价飞涨。2019年10月31日，蔚来汽车美股一度创历史新低，跌至1.19美元；而截至2021年7月16日收盘，股价已经涨至43.68美元，累计涨幅超2770%。\n从交付量上看，蔚来2020年全年交付量达43728台，同比增长达到112.6%。2021年一季度，蔚来汽车单季交付量首次突破2万大关，达到2.01万辆，同比增长422.7%，环比增长15.6%。按照夏庆华的说法，今年上半年交付量已经超过去年全年。\n趟过资本狂欢，跌入过低谷，再重新站上高岗的蔚来接下来将如何发展？还受制于哪些因素？带着这些问题，全天候科技与蔚来上海区域总经理夏庆华进行了对话，试图找到答案。\n以下为部分对话内容（经全天候科技编辑整理）：\n打造未来概念店\n全天候科技：未来会将概念店推广到所有城市的线下门店吗？\n夏庆华：这是两个方向。\n蔚来Neo House是车主分享快乐、共同成长的空间，接下来我们会针对每个城市不同地点的Neo House做一些有特色的东西。\n比如，上海中信大厦是中国第一高楼、代表着高度，所以这个Neo House应该展现最前瞻的科技。而在上海南京西路兴业太古汇的Neo House，可能除了展示车和生活方式之外，会有时尚相关的元素。\n全天候科技：Neo House似乎没有一个集中打造的概念，而是同时输出了非常多的概念？\n夏庆华：是。因为这些都是蔚来体系一直在做的，无论是时尚相关，还是Neo Life。我们只需根据地方的风土人情、区域的文化特征，往里适当加一些元素。\n蔚来带给用户的东西与之前没有变化，它还是生产高端智能电动车，提供用户好的用车体验、好的生活方式，这些基调不变。\n之前没有一个固定的地方告诉市场，蔚来是一家除了大家公认服务最好的公司之外，在前瞻科技领域原来已经做了这么多。所以，我们想把这些东西（科技实力）拿出来给大家看。\n现阶段换电是重投入\n全天候科技：对于用户充电的问题，蔚来既接受直接更换电池的方式，也在持续建设换电站。未来两种途径是否会有侧重？\n夏庆华：的确，几年前有车企会非常坚决地说只做更高电压、更大电流的充电桩，不做换电，但去年也开始考虑做换电。\n蔚来始终坚持车、站、桩、人、云这5个要素一起做。所谓“车”，就是移动充电车；“站”，就是换电站；“桩”，就是三款交流、小支流“超充”；“人”，指我们有一个很庞大的道路服务团队帮用户做一键家电；“云”，就是整个云的调动系统。\n在充电这件事上，蔚来就是最早做换电，也是最成熟的公司。我们在全国已经有400多个发电站，全国的换电安全标准也是蔚来牵头起草。\n全天候科技：换电和布局充电桩两种方式，从蔚来的视角，哪个成本更高？\n夏庆华：目前，“家充桩”是随车送的，含在整车成本里；功率20千瓦的“家充快充桩”，是我们自己主动去布局的，一般在商场、写字楼附近；180千瓦的“超充桩”，与特斯拉现在的超充是类似性质。\n不管是换电，还是这套充电设施，我们对车主是有一定次数限制的免费。比如，全国的车主，如果装了充电桩，每个月有4次免费换电；如果没装充电桩，每个月有6次免费换电。\n所以，对我们来讲，现阶段还是对车主的福利。以后会不会把保有量持续增加，或者适当把权益再降一点也有可能。总体而言，目前从成本角度都是蔚来在投入的。\n回到刚才成本的问题，我没特别仔细算过。但从效率上，肯定换电站比充电桩的效率要高，一个换电站服务1000台左右车基本没问题。\n向供应链上游扎根\n全天候科技：去年蔚来汽车量产超过4万台，今年上半年量产达到了去年全年水平。如果按此估计，今年量产大概会提升一倍？\n夏庆华：这个以财报数字为准。\n全天候科技：我们注意到有企业近两年才进入智能电动车赛道，目标却是在2020年实现量产100万台汽车。智能汽车量产曲线应该是怎样的？能够这么快实现指数级增长吗？\n夏庆华：与工厂设计的产能有关。比如，我们合肥的生产线，单班一年产量10万台，如果三班倒就是每年30万台。本身这投入的就是10万台的产能线，如果奔着50万年产能的强度去投资，翻2番做100万是有可能的。\n量产取决的因素非常多。比如，是不是真的有人买，是不是真的能下线。\n上下游产业链，包括做电机、做芯片、座椅、玻璃、门把手、悬架、轮胎等等，是不是会帮他准备100万产能的零部件供应。\n全天候科技：目前限制智能电动汽车量产的关键原因是什么？\n夏庆华：现阶段肯定芯片是会有一定影响。蔚来智能电动车对芯片的需求量达到每台几百个。几百个各种不同型号的芯片，任何一个出现问题，可能都会有一些影响。\n今年上半年，我们就因为芯片的限制停了5天工。但从近几个月看，经过我们供应链团队的努力，基本上也解决得差不多了。\n全天候科技：意思是芯片的问题基本解决了？\n夏庆华：大家就得按天去盯着。举个例子，之前大多数的汽车厂商需要中控大屏，就直接跟供应商说好下个月需要8000块大屏，厂商等着就好。至于屏幕和它里边的芯片等等，根本不用去操心，上游供应商会去解决。\n这几年，站到蔚来的角度，我们甚至已经不光是要找供应商，还要找他们上游做芯片、做屏幕等等的供应商，一块帮助协调这些供应商上游产线的供应。\n车企要想保证自己的产能，必须要向供应链上游扎得更深一些。","news_type":1,"symbols_score_info":{"NIO":0.9}},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":3044,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":170727212,"gmtCreate":1626453928036,"gmtModify":1703760570543,"author":{"id":"4088056912922760","authorId":"4088056912922760","name":"WinWin88","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/478406e97a7c88be246f5b3038bbb68c","crmLevel":1,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"4088056912922760","authorIdStr":"4088056912922760"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"?","listText":"?","text":"?","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":3,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/170727212","repostId":"1174712972","repostType":4,"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":3218,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":883091394,"gmtCreate":1631186005918,"gmtModify":1676530490495,"author":{"id":"4088056912922760","authorId":"4088056912922760","name":"WinWin88","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/478406e97a7c88be246f5b3038bbb68c","crmLevel":1,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"4088056912922760","authorIdStr":"4088056912922760"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"//<a
