higher interest rates that should boost its NII.</p><p><b>Singapore Exchange Limited (SGX: S68)</b></p><p>Singapore Exchange Limited, or SGX, is Singapore’s sole stock exchange operator.</p><p>The bourse operator pays out a quarterly dividend of S$0.08 per share.</p><p>For its most recent fiscal 2022 (FY2022) ending 30 June, SGX reported its highest revenue since its IPO of S$1.1 billion, up 4% year on year.</p><p>Net profit inched up 1% year on year to S$451 million.</p><p>The total dividend for FY2022 came in at S$0.32, similar to what was paid out a year ago, giving SGX’s shares a trailing dividend yield of 3.5%.</p><p>The group is well-positioned to maintain or even increase this dividend moving forward.</p><p>For its recent November 2022 market statistics, SGX reported that reported a 19% year on year jump in revenue to S$6.5 billion for the first nine months of 2022 (9M2022).</p><p>An interim dividend of S$0.04 was paid out, and STE has committed to paying a total of S$0.16 in dividends for FY2022.</p><p>The forward dividend yield on its shares comes in at 4.8%.</p><p>STE snagged a total of S$4.8 billion in new contracts for 3Q2022, bringing its order book to a new record high of S$25 billion as of 30 September 2022.</p><p><b>iFAST Corporation Limited (SGX: AIY)</b></p><p>iFAST is a financial technology group that operates a platform for the buying and selling of unit trusts, equities, and bonds.</p><p>The group maintained its interim dividend of S$0.013 despite reporting a near-73% year on year plunge in net profit for 3Q2022.</p><p>For 9M2022, the fintech outfit has paid out a total dividend of S$0.034, unchanged from a year ago.</p><p>iFAST’s trailing 12-month dividend came in at S$0.048, giving its shares a trailing dividend yield of 0.8%.</p><p>Despite the weaker results, iFAST expects revenue and net profit to scale to new heights in 2023 when the contributions from its new Hong Kong e-pension division kick in.</p><p>Should the estimates play out as projected, the group should have room to raise its dividends further.</p><p><b>UMS Holdings Limited (SGX: 558)</b></p><p>UMS provides equipment manufacturing and engineering services to semiconductor original equipment manufacturers.</p><p>For 3Q2022, UMS saw revenue climb 48% year on year to S$100.1 million.</p><p>Net profit soared 181% year on year to S$42.5 million.</p><p>The group declared an interim dividend of S$0.01 for 3Q2022.</p><p>UMS also paid out a dividend of S$0.01 each for the first and second quarters of this year.</p><p>Along with a final Justin Post thinks that Amazon will grow its fulfillment footprint by 40% this year alone, the equivalent of Walmart’s entire distribution center space.</p>\n<p>Mr. Post’s research aligns with the findings of Jefferies’ Brent Till, who has a $4,200 price target on AMZN.According&nbsp;to him, Amazon’s fulfilment capacity should rise about 50% in the next one to two years. The expanded infrastructure could allow Amazon to move to breakeven same-day delivery, and to compete better by bringing last-mile delivery in-house.</p>\n<p>The improved distribution system may help Amazon with another of its businesses that could use a boost: groceries. Good news for the Seattle-based company and its shareholders, these industries have been growing fast lately – and Amazon enjoys an enviable position of market leadership in both.</p>\n<p>Bank of America, whose analyst believes that Amazon stock can rise 27% from here,seems to know at least one key ingredient&nbsp;to Amazon’s success on the e-commerce side: its delivery system. Justin Post thinks that Amazon will grow its fulfillment footprint by 40% this year alone, the equivalent of Walmart’s entire distribution center space.</p>\n<p>Mr. Post’s research aligns with the findings of Jefferies’ Brent Till, who has a $4,200 price target on AMZN.According&nbsp;to him, Amazon’s fulfilment capacity should rise about 50% in the next one to two years. The expanded infrastructure could allow Amazon to move to breakeven same-day delivery, and to compete better by bringing last-mile delivery in-house.</p>\n<p>The improved distribution system may help Amazon with another of its businesses that could use a boost: groceries. Loop Capitalreportsthat over 50% of Prime subscribers order groceries online, of which three-fourths use either Amazon or Whole Foods (an Amazon subsidiary) only. Some of the perceived issues with fresh produce availability could be addressed with a better delivery network.</p>\n<p>On the other hand, cloud has not been a hot topic of conversation among analysts lately. But&nbsp;the Amazon Maven recently pointed out&nbsp;how the cloud infrastructure space (IaaS) grew at a dizzying 41% pace in 2020 – and Amazon remains the undisputed king of cloud, controlling 40% of the IaaS market.</p>\n<p><b>Not stellar, not terrible either</b></p>\n<p>Lastly, and despite Amazon’s Prime Day 2021 not being a center-stage argument in most analysts’ investment theses, one bull still sees reasons to be excited. Evercore ISI has a $4,500 price target on AMZN, suggesting 30% upside from end-of-June share price.</p>\n<p>The research shop noted that Amazon sold more than 250 million items on Prime Day, which represents a compounded annual increase of more than 20% over 2019. The Amazon Maven scans the latest Wall Street research reports and explains how some analysts see Amazon stock rising another 30%.\nPrime Day,Amazon’s “summer Black Friday”, has come and gone. Wall Street did not seem overlyconfidentthat this year’s event will be a game changer for Amazon stock, which may explain why share price has remained stuck trading around $3,450 since mid-June.\nStill, a few analysts believe that AMZN could still climb 30% from current levels. Following the important sales event on the e-commerce giant’s calendar, the Amazon Maven looks at the most recent opinions issued by Wall Street experts and assesses the bull case.\nFigure 1: Amazon's logo.\nStrength in e-commerce and cloud\nAt the highest level, Amazon makes money through two distinct businesses: e-commerce and cloud. Good news for the Seattle-based company and its shareholders, these industries have been growing fast lately – and Amazon enjoys an enviable position of market leadership in both.\nBank of America, whose analyst believes that Amazon stock can rise 27% from here,seems to know at least one key ingredient to Amazon’s success on the e-commerce side: its delivery system. Justin Post thinks that Amazon will grow its fulfillment footprint by 40% this year alone, the equivalent of Walmart’s entire distribution center space.\nMr. Post’s research aligns with the findings of Jefferies’ Brent Till, who has a $4,200 price target on AMZN.According to him, Amazon’s fulfilment capacity should rise about 50% in the next one to two years. The expanded infrastructure could allow Amazon to move to breakeven same-day delivery, and to compete better by bringing last-mile delivery in-house.\nThe improved distribution system may help Amazon with another of its businesses that could use a boost: groceries. Loop Capitalreportsthat over 50% of Prime subscribers order groceries online, of which three-fourths use either Amazon or Whole Foods (an Amazon subsidiary) only. Some of the perceived issues with fresh produce availability could be addressed with a better delivery network.\nOn the other hand, cloud has not been a hot topic of conversation among analysts lately. But the Amazon Maven recently pointed out how the cloud infrastructure space (IaaS) grew at a dizzying 41% pace in 2020 – and Amazon remains the undisputed king of cloud, controlling 40% of the IaaS market.\nNot stellar, not terrible either\nLastly, and despite Amazon’s Prime Day 2021 not being a center-stage argument in most analysts’ investment theses, one bull still sees reasons to be excited. Evercore ISI has a $4,500 price target on AMZN, suggesting 30% upside from end-of-June share price.\nThe research shop noted that Amazon sold more than 250 million items on Prime Day, which represents a compounded annual increase of more than 20% over 2019.
