    My most successful investment is in $DBS GROUP HOLDINGS LTD(D05.SI)$ which I’ve accumulated over the years from as low as $14, and the stock price has since more than doubled. DBS is the largest bank by market capitalisation in Singapore. It has strong fundamentals and is among the bluest of blue chips listed on SGX. Besides the capital appreciation, the stock has also provided me with a stable stream of dividend incomes over the years, with dividend yield well above 4%.

    My most successful investment is from Realestate through leveraging. By using the loan from the bank, I was able to accumulate quite a few properties. However, due to the changes in how interest now cannot be deducted from the rental property in NZ unless it is a new built, it make me feel less interested in real estates and turn my eyes on shares, although I feel Realestate is the safest investment.
