IPO捕手獲悉，在經歷了今年10月底的遞表失效後，12月23日，中樑百悅智佳服務有限公司（以下稱“中樑百悅智佳”）通過上市聆訊，其保薦人爲華泰國際。
中樑百悅智佳爲國內綜合性物業管理服務提供商，主要從事物業管理服務、非業主增值服務及社區增值服務三類業務。
根據招股書顯示，截至今年6月30日，中樑百悅智佳服務有在管項目291個，簽約管理的項目508個，在管總建築面積約3320萬平方米，簽約總建築面積約7120萬平方米，覆蓋中國18個省、兩個直轄市及三個自治區，覆蓋154個城市。
就業務範圍而言，中樑百悅智佳大部分服務於長三角地區。資料顯示，截至今年6月30日，有56.1%的在管建築面積位於長三角區域。
從營收方面來看，招股書顯示，中樑百悅智佳收益由2018年1.76億元增至2020年的7.04億元，複合年增長率爲100.2%。另外，公司的淨利潤也由2018年的2664萬元增至2020年的人民幣8622萬元，複合年增長率爲79.9%。
