Sold too early, only to watch the stock rocket the next day. Bought the dip, only to discover there were another 5 dips waiting for me. π
Took profits too quickly on my winners, but somehow developed the patience of a saint when holding my losers. And the worst? Watching a stock finally recover to my buying price, selling it in reliefβ¦ only for it to take off without me. π₯²
I've also mastered the art of checking my portfolio every 5 minutes, as though staring at the screen hard enough could change the price.
Which one hurt the most? Definitely selling too early. Losing money hurts, but watching how much I could have made somehow hurts even more. That's when the imaginary profit calculations start haunting you. π
After all these experiences, I've learnt that the market has a remarkable ability to test both my conviction and my emotions.
Still learning!!
