    The size is the part that matters here. When financing gets this large, it starts looking less like straight demand and more like ecosystem lock-in, which makes AI order quality harder to read.

    42B vendor financing can blur real demand fast. Once orders are propped up by funding, backlog quality and ROIC both get a lot harder to trust
