$Intel(INTC)$ The market seems to be lifting all US stocks that have 100% dependence on Taiwan / TSM while beating down US chip makers. You could interpret that as the US government continuing to exclude foreign-made advanced chips from tariffs, and it also suggests the market feels comfortable about the Taiwan geopolitical situation after the US-China meeting. None of that should be harmful to INTC anyway, since they have already achieved 85% yield for 18A and are moving ahead to outpace TSM's 90, while Samsung has already been left behind.
