小謙筆記消息，據36氪獲悉，阿里巴巴$阿里巴巴(BABA)$ 在內網公佈多項針對員工關懷的“暖心計劃”，包含多項員工福利升級——除率先響應國家號召延長產假、新增育兒假外，並推出了7天全薪陪伴假、20天全薪長期服務假，同時新增交通補貼倡導綠色錯峯出行，提高員工集體出遊（Outing）費用標準。此外，阿里巴巴還將試行靈活辦公制度，允許員工每週最多一天可自由選擇辦公地點。
這幾天，阿里接二連三放出重磅消息：升級員工福利。從落實生育產假及育兒假，到全行業首推7天陪伴假，再到工作年限滿10年的可享有20天的長期服務假，提高團建費以及交通費，再就是每週不超過1天的靈活辦公政策。可以說，在提升員工幸福感這一塊，阿里率先加碼，比全行業領先了一步。
