Memory crushed, AI chips rally—is semiconductors rotating internally?
While memory stocks slide, AI compute chips surge: Nvidia rose 0.97% to $228.52, AMD up 1.90% to $605.53, Intel up 1.44%. Bulls say compute demand is not tied to memory pricing and logic chip order visibility is steadier; Bears say if AI capex guidance disappoints earnings season, logic chips won't escape. What would make this rotation out of memory last beyond this week?
