🌟🌟🌟 $Rocket Lab USA, Inc.(RKLB)$ is no longer just a launch company.  With over 60% of its business now driven by its high margin Space Systems division, it manufactures the critical reaction wheels, star trackers, flight software and solar panels that other satellite builders and the US Space Force absolutely require.

Rocket Lab's record breaking Q1 business shows that its total contract backlog has more than doubled YoY surging past USD 2.2 billion.

While Rocket Lab is undoubtedly a world class space infrastructure company, it is currently a highly overstretched momentum trade.

I would wait for the post earnings adrenaline to cool before I buy the SanDisk of Space.

SpaceX IPO Sprinting! Are Space Stocks the Chosen One?
SpaceX IPO officially enters the final countdown; listing expected in June with valuation reaching $1.75 to $2 trillion, poised to become the largest IPO in history. The biggest highlight of this offering is the retail allocation, which could reach as high as 30%β€”far exceeding industry norms. What’s your take on the investment logic of space stocks? Do you think RKLB is the β€œSanDisk of space,” or is the valuation already overstretched? Would you consider buying after a -10% post-market drop of $AST SpaceMobile, Inc.(ASTS)$? Is SpaceX Terafab another of Musk’s cash-burning projects?
