This award primarily recognizes new creators who show effort, clarity, and improvement in their posts.

Selection rules:

Each week, posts/authors that are picked or submitted as an idea post for the first time will be given priority for this award. If the award slots are full, selection will roll over to the following week.
However, if the number of new creators in the week is less than 10, we will prioritize posts with the highest consumption time instead.

Goal: Encourage new voices while still rewarding high-quality content from all contributors.

3. Community Participation Lucky Award
