D-Wave $QBTS Developed a framework called Quantum Realised. 3 part framework that anyone can use to determine if a quantum computing company can actually deliver value

1. Has their QC been able to solve a problem better than a classical system (on real world problems not simulated problems)

2. Does their Quantum system have the reliability and availability needed to be able to use it for useful work

3. Does the company have relationships with customers that are actually using their quantum computers for real world productions

D-Wave is the only company that have realised Quantum Computing that have achieved these metrics !
