嘉盛自從公司成立開始，便使用金蝶財務系統。隨着公司規模擴大，涉及板塊業務多，領導層想要查看整個集團的報表變得愈加麻煩。法務科也常常收到員工們的抱怨。集團的業務量大，導致法務科的壓力大，一年有幾千份、甚至上萬份的合同，最繁忙的時候需要同時開工四五十個項目，每一個項目都有幾百份合同，合同審批需要四到五人依次手工簽字確認完成。流程雖不復雜，但十分繁瑣，非常容易出現合同遺失的問題。
