大廈建成絕非朝夕,建築企業的信息化建設不同於其他行業,傳統建築企業想要通過信息化來提升辦公效率,往往困難重重。嘉盛的信息化源於2012年的特級資質申報,但是真正信息化蝶變之路始於2017年金蝶EAS的上線。

嘉盛自從公司成立開始,便使用金蝶財務系統。隨着公司規模擴大,涉及板塊業務多,領導層想要查看整個集團的報表變得愈加麻煩。法務科也常常收到員工們的抱怨。集團的業務量大,導致法務科的壓力大,一年有幾千份、甚至上萬份的合同,最繁忙的時候需要同時開工四五十個項目,每一個項目都有幾百份合同,合同審批需要四到五人依次手工簽字確認完成。流程雖不復雜,但十分繁瑣,非常容易出現合同遺失的問題。
