$Microsoft(MSFT)$ For the Naysayers What do you think has been going on here for the past year. Much of the negative has been already priced in as evidenced of it being within 12% of a 52 week low and an RSI of 25. Every time its RSI gets this low it rockets up for a few weeks. It's at its lowest forcast price now and nowhere near its average price. Food for thought.
