I love the Mara company but not their management. Do a DD, search the SEC filing and all you can find is they did public stock offering every year. Saying to improve business or buy more equipment.
Yet At the same time they increase employees shares incentives for their benefit, cause dilution to the market.
CEO received 3.3M($80M) shares incentives this 2024.
CFO received 2M($48M) shares incentives this 2024.
They also still taking normal salary and bonuses.
CEO basic salary is 1.24M+ yet taking $80M as incentive? lol

All those money can be used to do shares buyback or dividend if they care about shareholder.
