$NVIDIA Corp(NVDA)$ , a well-known American chip manufacturer giant, will deepen cooperation with Singapore in the field of artificial intelligence. It is currently working with the Information Media Authority (IMDA) to create a large language model in 11 languages to develop local artificial intelligence in Singapore.

Jensen Huang held a "closed-door" roundtable meeting with a number of Singaporean media at the Shangri-La Hotel on Wednesday morning (December 6) and accepted "torture" for more than an hour.

He said: "One of the smartest points of Strategy 2.0 is the recognition that artificial intelligence is no longer just an opportunity, but strategically critical. Singapore must create its own artificial intelligence."

Jensen Huang said that NVIDIA has been cooperating with Singapore for 7 years. During this period, NVIDIA has cooperated with hundreds of researchers and hundreds of start-up companies.

On Monday (4th), Singapore released the National Artificial Intelligence Strategy 2.0 (NAIS 2.0). Jensen Huang said that during this trip, he will have an in-depth discussion with Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong on how NVIDIA can help, support and participate in Strategy 2.0.

Jensen Huang said that NVIDIA's revenue in Singapore mainly comes from local cloud service providers. There are 1,100 artificial intelligence start-up companies in Singapore, and they are driving the demand for cloud GPU consumption in Singapore. He predicts that this will also be a rapidly growing area in the next few years.

"We are working with 40 venture capital firms to support the ecosystem of AI startups here. We already have a supercomputer here and are planning to build a bigger one."

In the third quarter of 2023, $NVIDIA Corp(NVDA)$ ’s revenue from the Singapore market reached $2.7 billion, accounting for approximately 15% of its total revenue.

    So there you are.  AI is here to stay and will continue to evolve in the future.  I can imagine having a self driving car, a robot to help me with my mundane household tasks.  Life will never be the same again.
