President Donald Trump said on October 20 that he signed a historic executive order on women’s health, announcing the action on X and noting the support of First Lady Melania Trump.
In his post, Trump said the administration will create a new Women’s Health Division at the National Institutes of Health to promote new research, technology, and treatments, and to ensure access to high-quality care for American women. He highlighted Melania Trump’s role in the initiative and framed the order as “Historic.”
