Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) and OKX-backed OKXICE tokenized securities venues, or TSV, said nine companies have objected to plans to make their stocks available for blockchain-based trading, citing a Thursday filing.
The companies are Cerebras Systems (CBRS), AppLovin (APP), Applied Digital (APLD), Rocket Lab (RKLB), CoreWeave (CRWV), Verizon (VZ), Applied Optoelectronics (AAOI), Broadcom (AVGO) and UnitedHealth Group (UNH).
OKXICE TSV plans to facilitate secondary-market trading of tokenized US stocks through permissioned automated market-maker pools on the XLayer blockchain, using stablecoins, it added.
