Sunsuria's (KLSE:SUNSURIA) subsidiary, Sunsuria City, has signed an agreement with Amazon Data Services Malaysia to dispose of a parcel of commercial land to the latter for 316.8 million ringgit, according to a Monday Bursa Malaysia filing.
The freehold land, which spans around 183,973 square meters, is currently vacant and is intended to host data processing services and infrastructure.
Proceeds from the disposal will be used to fund post-completion infrastructure works, working capital and repayment of bank borrowings.
