Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) intends to raise as much as $5 billion from an investment-grade bond sale, Bloomberg reported, citing people familiar with the matter.

No decision has been made on the offering's size, the people reportedly said. AMD is selling the notes in four tranches with maturities ranging from three to 10 years, and initial price talk on the longest tenor is a yield premium of 1.15 percentage points over Treasuries, the report said, citing a separate person familiar with the matter.

AMD didn't immediately reply to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
