Terex Corporation (TEX) reported Q2 adjusted earnings Thursday of $1.37 per share, down from $1.49 a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.23.
Net sales for the quarter ended June 30 was $2.24 billion, up from $1.49 billion a year earlier.
Analysts expected $2.14 billion.
The company expects fiscal 2026 adjusted earnings to be between $4.70 and $5.10 per share. That compares with $4.50 to $5 previously. Analysts expect $4.90.
Terex now expects fiscal 2026 sales of $7.9 billion to $8.2 billion. That compares with its prior guidance of $7.5 billion to $8.1 billion. Analysts expect $7.94 billion.
Shares of the company were up less than 1% in recent Thursday premarket activity.
