Stocks to Watch: on Semiconductor, Synaptics, Rocket Lab, Equinox Gold

ON Semiconductor agreed to buy Synaptics in an all-stock deal with an enterprise value of around $7 billion. Shares of ON Semiconductor fell 7.7% to $109.63 in after-hours trading, while Synaptics shares rose 9.9% to $138.00.

Rocket Lab was selected by NASA to launch two missions using its Electron rocket. The stock was up 3.5% to $83.54 after the bell.

Equinox Gold signed agreements with three communities in Mexico allowing it to begin restarting operations at its Los Filos Mine. Shares gained 5.1% to $9.89.
