SpaceX、OpenAI等美国科技巨头掀起的IPO浪潮，正将影响传导至大西洋彼岸。
6月10日，据彭博社报道，法国巴黎银行科技行业股权资本市场全球主管Ygal el Harrar表示，美国头部科技公司的大规模上市计划，正在全球范围内产生溢出效应，有望带动欧洲科技企业的股权融资需求升温。SpaceX、OpenAI及Anthropic已相继在美国提交上市申请，三家公司合计估值约达3.6万亿美元。
“流动性吸引流动性，”El Harrar在巴黎接受采访时称，“大型科技公司在美国上市将产生连锁反应，为整体经济注入活力。”与此同时，美国投资者近几个月来也开始更积极地寻访欧洲市场机会。
本月，法国巴黎银行在巴黎举办私募市场追踪会议。美国知名风险投资机构Insight Partners出席，其董事总经理Mike Hayes明确表示：“我们正在寻找更多符合投资模型的欧洲优质企业。”这一表态印证了El Harrar的判断：美国资本对欧洲科技市场的兴趣正在切实升温。
El Harrar同时指出，要推动更多欧洲科技企业走向公开市场，关键在于提升对新兴细分领域的研究覆盖。“对于量子计算等关键性新兴领域，市场需要更多公众认知，并确保其发展进程能够被持续跟踪和理解，”他在会上表示。
在他看来，分析师覆盖的缺位往往制约着新兴科技公司的上市意愿与估值空间。完善这一基础设施，将有助于为欧洲科技IPO市场的长期扩容创造条件。
