Anthropic联合创始人兼CEO Dario Amodei近日披露了一种极为罕见的管理架构——他目前仅有一名直接下属。这一安排使他得以将绝大部分精力集中于公司战略、研究方向与文化塑造，而非日常运营事务。
据彭博报道，Amodei在接受主持人Emily Chang专访时透露，向他直接汇报的只有其幕僚长一人。Anthropic高管团队的其余成员，均向其妹妹、联合创始人兼总裁Daniela Amodei汇报，由后者负责公司的日常运营管理。
这一架构在科技行业高管中属于极端异类。Amodei表示，这种安排“令人难以置信地自由”，使他能够专注于战略制定、企业文化塑造、研究方向把控，以及撰写关于文明未来的宏观论述。
目前，Anthropic成立仅逾五年，私募市场对其估值已接近万亿美元。据TechCrunch报道，与其他科技巨头CEO相比，Amodei的管理架构格外特殊——OpenAI的Sam Altman约有六名直接下属，而英伟达的黄仁勋则多达数十人。
这一安排意味着，Dario将公司运营管理几乎全权交由Daniela承担。这种兄妹搭档的分工模式，在结构上将CEO职能一分为二：对外战略与研究愿景归属Dario，内部运营与团队管理归属Daniela。
